Don’t come here at night. Went to drive thru and no one answered. Went inside, two workers with headsets on played busy(I was the only customer) as I stood by the register. Left with no order. Worst service ever.

There were total four employees working. Only one taking Oder’s and preparing it. Awhile all others just look at him. Wow what a service !!!! I hate coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts but sometimes I do and probably I would avoid coming here much I can because u have to wait 10 mins to get a coffe.

The Youth squad has absolutely terrible service every time I go and they’re working they (specifically the boy who takes orders) get my order wrong can’t listen because I have to repeat myself 3 times per item and they still get it wrong they take 15 minutes to make 1 drink and grab 2 donut’s yet I’m the only one in line. the only one who seems to do their job right is the young lady on that shift I highly do not recommend going after 4 pm on weekdays or weekend mornings

Food and drinks always awesome. You guys really need to move the drive thru line. I can sit upto 10 to 15 minutes. I refuse to go here anymore. I now drive to Elgin. I can make it there and back and see some of the same cars still waiting. If you put alot more effort into your drive thru u would get more og your customers back. The people there are great.. However... you need to pay alot more attention to your drive thru. I realized complaining does no good.Hustle your drive thru and u will make alot more money just by moving people fast

it’s really hard making an order here , I order it there and they don’t understand me and they get it wrong, so i order it online and then they don’t read the order and they get it wrong again. it really frustrating never getting the wrong order, it’s not dunkin in the service.

They were training a new person and we had to keep asking for bits of our order, but they gave us a free donut and honestly, same, we’ve all been there. Thank you for the donut ?
The people in the morning are OK but in the afternoon and night good luck can't even figure out how to pour a coffee. They're lucky if they know how to tie there shoes and that's saying a lot

I love Dunkin Donuts, but they need to get better on customer service. Every time I go, they always give you a serious face and sometimes attitude. I always do my best to start positive and give them a smile ? and say thank you. You never know if they are going thru something. It is just sad ?. But thanks for your delicious food and drinks.
