Wife and I waited 30+ minutes for food just to find out they gave our food to another table that was taking any order that walked past. Didn't double check the order number or anything. I used to love this place but after a long day this was the worst experience.

When you get tired of all the smash burger restaurants in the area, give Van's a try. Their patties are thick and juicy. While their prices are a little higher than the others, they make up for it in quality.

Order a bacon cheeseburger with everything on it and a side of cheese sauce for my fries. So disappointed! The burger was soggy (I live about 3mins away) dripping some light colored sauce. The lettuce was soggy and drenched in some runny sauce. I had to remove the buns because you couldn’t eat them. The actual burger itself had no seasonings! Not even salt! So I fed it to my dog! The fries were way over cooked and the cheese sauce was watery. Been going there for so many years back from when the original owners had it and now it seems to have gone down hill. Don’t think I’ll be going back, such a shame because I use to recommend them a lot!

Took my sister there for the 1st time. She absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was great, very cozy and cute. The service was awesome, and the staff were great! Going back for the custard!!!?Kid-friendliness: Lot's of sweet goodies!
Van's is one of the best places around. Their custard is delicious, and their turtle sundae is the best turtle sundae I've ever had. We recently tried their food, too, and that was delicious, too! I had their veggie grilled cheese and will definitely go back for it again.

Excellent!!! We were redeeming a gift from a friend for a sundae and ended up getting and splitting a double cheeseburger and fries! Fries exceptional, burger excellent , fresh hot excellence service, mentioned we were splitting the burger, they brought it over in two baskets, same with our sundae.Great use of paper cups for drinks - no Foam- thank you!! Excellent customer service!! If there were 10 stars ⭐️ we would give them 10!
Nothing better on a hot summer night than a delicious Van's Banana Split and Vanilla concrete with cookie dough!

This was my first time here and it was good. I had gotten a bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a strawberry malt. The burger was good but was a little dry and needed some more seasoning. The fries were really good and crispy!! Plus they are handcut!! Probably one of the best strawberry malts that I ever had!!! Their custard is what made it the best!! I think that their custard is better than Culver's and Andy's!!! I'll definitely be back for their custard!!!
