I’m not sure why I try to come here anymore. It seems to me that every guest that comes here is an inconvenience. Tonight I went in at 645pm. There was a gentleman at the counter with a shake waiting on something or someone I would assume he was waiting on food. My husband and I waited 5 minutes and no one came to the counter. Didn’t even sound like anyone was there or making any food. Ended up going to Morton’s Arby’s. So much better. There were actual people there that were happy to have us.

I waited in drive through for 10 minutes, backed up to go inside. Not one person acknowledge me or said we will be with you. Acted like they were gonna see who would help first. Getting in and out of parking lot horrible. -10 stars.

Lady running drive thru is very rude, was rude on the speaker , like it’s an inconvenience to take my order, then got mad I didn’t tell her I had a coupon when ordering my food , slammed window and was yelling at the workers about something. Not professional at all. I even got an eye roll from her. Just went thru on 10/1/2025 at 4:50 pm. Don’t go to this one in east peoria. Go to another one who wants ur business!

I was served a cold Roast beef and cheddar. Drive thru lady basically tossed the bag at me and closed the drive thru window

Food is generally alright, but they need to clean their soda machine more often. Too often I order a coke and it tastes like they put a Dr. Pepper nozzle on it.
