Everytime I've ordered through the app there have been problems at the store. On one occasion, I went to go pick up my order and they closed early. I went yesterday and ordered through the app, and when I got to the store they said they had no ice cream, and couldn't refund me (As of writing this, I still haven't gotten a refund). There are frequently problems in store too. It's by far the worst location around for both Dunkins and Baskin Robbins

My boyfriend and I stood at the counter for 10 minutes...not even a hi or be right with you. We just walked out with nothing. Ridiculous.

Went in for Ice Cream and the staff was very quick and friendly. The building was also very clean and well kept. Only con is the location of the store makes it very hard to get to.

So me and my boyfriend went in there just wanting ice cream. We start looking at the flavors which half of which were gone but no biggie. My biggest concern is that we had the rudest girl serving us. It wasn’t a full minute before she asks “ do yall know what you want yet” in a very rude tone. I politely tell her that we need a few minutes she comes back and says the same thing in a very rude tone again. Once we tell her what we want she’s looking for a clean spoon bc she didn’t want to wash the spoon in front of her by the dishes. She didn’t wear gloves either which I don’t mind as long as u wash ur hands or something but when we walked in she’s cleaning stuff with a red sanitizer bucket I’m not sure of which that was clean or not. “Want anything else?!” is what was said again in a very rude tone. The entire time she was trying to talk to her friends on the headset while we were trying to order everytime we started to talk she would interrupt us to talk to her friends. I’m extremely dissapointed in the fact she couldn’t be courteous to her customers for the 5 mins it took to take the order and ring us up. Furthermore I’m also dissapointed in the fact everytime I ordered she asked anything else when my boyfriend was standing right next to me getting ready to speak up. Show some respect to the customers you have coming walking in through the door or at least try to fake a smile and be polite. However the other two girls handing us our Dunkin beverages on a seperate order was very polite and sweet.

I just ordered a large milkshake and ended up receiving a hot Americano and a hot Macchiato from my door dasher. Talk about a disappointment when it took you guys FOREVER to make anyways. It's the end of night and I've been waiting on n a shake.. it finally gets here and I get this...seriously

The ice cream I was given was scraped off the bottom of the bucket and was extremely freezer burnt. When we asked for new. The shift lead walked away saying there is nothing wrong with this product. Waste of money. Brand new bucket. Really? From the bottom? She was rude and stated that if it wasnt what i wanted I didnt have to pay for it....I did want it, it was what i ordered. It was bad and old. Never again.

I’ve been ordering cappuccino blast from different locations all over the country for 10 years. This store is the first and only one make me don’t want to drink it anymore.

Ice cream was good. Service was awful. We ordered dishes of ice cream, 4 people in our group, had to ask for spoons. I'm pretty sure just about everyone uses spoons to eat ice cream.
