Last time I was there service was horrible, no A/C and flies everywhere
I really wanted to like this place. I love that it has a fun theme and family friendly. But the service was slow for a burger and fry place. Once we sat down it took abouy an 1hr for us to get food. then another 15mins to get our waiter to cash us out. I think the waiter checked on us once . I had to get up to ask another waitress for a refill bc our waiter was no where to be found.
Absolute worse place ever to eat. The service was horrible. They said it was because they was busy. Funny there was 15 empty tables. The food was below par. Couldn’t get drinks until our food came out then we asked for refills (it never happened). Asked the server for a check he went behind the counter and played on his phone for 10 minutes. I asked to speak to a manager and the server said it’s depends on what question I wanted to ask so I could get the right manager. Finally...read full review
