Finally was able to make it to this place. You pull in, they come to your car and you order. The man was very nice and answered all my questions. Guess you can call in orders. Very tasty donuts and a must when I am home. Get up early and go Thursday - Saturday mornings only...you won't be disappointed.

Went to buy apple fritters for a morning coffee get together. Had bought them in the past for work. Now you can’t even go inside to choose what you want. Drive thru only and buy sight unseen. Bought 12 thin skinny fritters with little apple and mostly too sweet icing. Cost $24.00. Will not be back or recommend to anyone else. Service has certainly suffered.

If you can't handle an old fashioned experience than stay away. These folks are amazing and their donuts are amazing. The best around. It's never changed. I can't express enough how much you need to try them. Get at minimum a dozen of Randoms. They'll bring it out to you. Give them a big tip. They deserve it!!!!! I LOVE CARLS BAKERY!!!!! Real food real people!

Having never been here, I pulled in didn't know was curbside only. The owner cane out and rudely explained that. He asked what I wanted. After asking what they have, I just asked for a dozen assorted. My total was $18. I handed him a $20. I could tell he was expecting me to tell him to keep the change. Sorry buddy not tipping your attitude. The donuts were decent but not good enough to come.back and subject myself to his rudeness. Even when I thanked him he said nothing back. He should be thanking me for being a customer.

Sorry, the donuts don't compare to what Ron's in Washington had. Maybe if I could see them and pick out my own. I didn't get what I thought I would.

Saw the yelp and google listing- decided to go for coffee. Parked. Guy came out with a terrible attitude and “matter of factly” told me to take a hike and that their business would survive without my return. Never been here but drive by frequently and thought I’d check it out in the morning. They’ll never get my business. No coffee or donut is worth beginning your day with needless controversy. Peace

They do curbside with no signs and no direction. The guy yelled at me for getting out of my car to ask him what I'm supposed to do. I won't be back.

Other low reviews hint to the issues we encountered, but being new to the area I can confidently say we will never be back. I think it is completely unacceptable as an employee to raise your voice at a customer unprovoked, and in front of our 2 year old child. Went in for donuts as Google says you are open until 12pm on Saturdays. Walked in since we didn’t see the sign saying curbside only and are new to the area, and were immediately met with hostility and told they were not open… although somebody else was walking out to their car with donuts. We kindly said Google lists that they are open until noon and that we will just go somewhere else. In her disgruntled tone the employee continued to raise her voice and tell us their hours are wrong and Google won’t fix it, and then asked what we wanted. We started walking out as she had raised her voice at us and we didn’t want to subject ourselves to the lack of customer service any longer. Upon walking out the employee said she hoped we would be back. Not sure who would want to come back when you immediately come in hot with new customers.Just an FYI that as a business owner you can, and should, edit your hours on Google. It’s very simple, in fact you can just Google it and get step by step instructions! Might help your employees not feel the need to take their frustration out on innocent customers and their children.

This review is just after me eating my first donut from here. That is the best glazed donut I've ever had in my life.
