Great food, great service even when my method of payment wasn't helping. I realize the drive through is extremely busy, but it could use a cleanup, I have to drive with the windows down in my old broken vehicle the whole drive through smelled like garbage.

Just passing thru and grabbed a 30 piece nugget and drink, unfortunately my chicken was overcooked and crunchy. I had a slight toothache and decided to not eat them. Thats it. They were still pleasant as always.

We stopped with our three young children while traveling and were so impressed by the cleanliness, food, and thoughtful touches. Super clean restrooms, staff actively sweeping and tidying, and even had a cleaning wipe and kids placemat ready on the high chair for our youngest. We would be regular customers if we were locals! Amazing experience. Highly recommend for families with young children in particular.

Rolled into the lot and it was busy as hell. Thankfully the lord's chicken awaited offering redemption from the furnace outside. The people were great, the service was fast, and the chicken....well it was heavenly. So damn good that I fear humanity will find a way to anger God and he will take it away from us like he did when we screwed up Eden.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an experience I had on July 5th at approximately 7:30ish . During my visit, I encountered a manager who was rude and dishonest. Specifically, When I asked about a mistake in my order, the manager dismissed my concerns without offering a resolution. I am disappointed with the level of service I received and believe it does not reflect the standards typically associated with Chick-fil-A. I hope you will take this matter seriously and take appropriate action to prevent similar incidents in the future.

I’ve always loved Chick-fil-A for the quality food and friendly service, but my recent visit was really disappointing. The team members were doing their best and stayed polite under pressure, but it was clear that the manager on duty was creating a stressful environment.
I overheard the night manager speaking to employees in a very harsh and condescending tone, which honestly made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable — not just for the staff, but for customers nearby too. It felt out of place for a brand known for kindness and respect.
The service was still fast and the food was good, but it was hard to enjoy knowing how the team was being treated behind the counter. I hope corporate takes a closer look at how some locations are being run, because this isn’t the standard Chick-fil-A experience I’ve come to expect.
Will definitely not be back, my chicken sandwich was cold.

Always great food, most friendly service of any fast food chain. Check your order prior to leaving. They are starting to be like other fast food restaurants. Third time in 2 months I got home and there were items omitted from my order. Less than convenient when I live 15 minutes away
