Haven’t been here in about 4-5 months. Service was amazing as always. Food was terrible though. The chicken has always been phenomenal, but today it was sub par. Fries had a weird sweet flavor that wasn’t good either. It is usually one of our favorite places to go, but I don’t know if I’ll be rushing back anytime soon. Bring back the non GMO chicken and the better fries. I see so many restaurants making good/healthier upgrades, but it seems that Chick Fil A didn’t get the memo.

Took my mom to eat here for the 1st time. We enjoyed the deluxe chicken sandwich, lattice fries with cheese 🧀 dip (best 🧀 dip ever!💯👍🏼👏🏽) The frozen lemonade was good, but needed more sugar, which we added 🍋

Food decent, service is good, but having minors stand out in the cold and rain for 3 plus hours at night is crazy, I think it’s pretty messed up making kids stand out in the cold rain to take order is wrong and pointless!

This location, in the afternoon/dinner time loves to bump mobile orders off before they are ready in order to make it look like they have low ticket times and are making orders quickly - which is far from the case. I was waiting in the parking lot for my mobile order for about 5 minutes, get an email that it’s ready and come in to find 3 other individuals waiting for a pickup and all of the employees just standing around talking. I patiently wait for 2-3 minutes by the pickup area and was NOT greeted. So I said excuse me do you have a pickup order ready for (order name) they said it’s not ready - then the 3 other individuals waiting for pickup told me I had actually cut them as they had not been helped yet. 2 of the other customers waiting for orders shared stories about our mobile order experience and share similar experiences when ordering at night - they say the food is ready and order is complete, when it’s not. If the food is NOT ready do not say it’s ready in the app. I got my food and they had given me extremely salty fries that were inedible unless I brushed the salt off them.

So here I am in the drive through line, just ordered 30$ worth of food from this chicken joint, I am then told to pull forward and wait at the stop sign for my food, no ticket like culver’s??? There was no organization! and this was at 7:00 pm…I was so confused why i should wait at the stop sign when literally cars were literally coming in from behind and being rude to me when this is what i was asked to do??? This doesn’t usually happen at this location maybe it’s new management idk!!

Last time we went to chic fil a we got 2 sandwiches a order of 8 peice grilled chicken nuggets and a side salad and it cost us 35$ prices everywhere have went up before we would pay between 26-28 dolars for everything mentioned. Wont be going back until the prices change.
