Whether it's in Bloomington or in East Peoria, CSC rules! The staff here is always friendly, they know my order and get my takeout to me fast. I was there about 2:15 on the 30th and the lunch staff was great. One took care of customers trying samples (if you didn't know, you can sample their MANY different varieties, my fav is the Fancy Nancy sandwich) the other answered questions, and the third jumped in and took my order since she knew my regular meal. Great teamwork and well-staffed team

When your employees are sitting out back smoking weed in front of everyone, its not very appealing. If you want to smoke weed, that's fine, but doing it outside of your business for everyone to smell it and for everyone to listen to you cough your head off, grow up. There are cameras on that side of the building, just sayin.

We came from out of town and ended up going to Chicken Salad Chick three times before leaving—yes, it was that good! This cute little place completely won us over. The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially on our first visit when they took the time to explain how everything worked and walked us through all the different types of chicken salad.

The food was amazing! You can choose to have your chicken salad on different types of bread or a croissant, or simply enjoy it as scoops with crackers. They also offer great sides like grape salad, broccoli salad, pasta salad, and more. Each meal even comes with a little cookie—adorable and delicious.

Honestly, I don’t understand the negative reviews. We loved everything about this place and will definitely be back whenever we’re in town.

So I have frequented this location a lot over the years. Not sure why I've never done a review. But I enjoy all the chicken salad flavors, Fancy Nancy is my favorite. They have really good potato soup and every meal comes with a pickle spear. You also get a small frosted cookie which is very good if you like frosted cookies. And to all the Dr Pepper fans, they have a good mix of Dr Pepper. I come in with a group and several different ladies and by myself when I just need some down time. It's decorated cute and all the staff have always been friendly and kind.

Hard to find if youre not from the area. Staff should be in some kind of uniform. Didn't realize the lady was staff she looked like a customer. Food was good, could use a little more flavor.

I didn't really care to much for this place the chicken Salad was good but they are super stingy with the chicken salad. I had the Jalapeño Holly, Barbecue, Scooty and the Lemon Basil. Flavor wise Holly8/10, Scooty 6/10, Lemon Basil 7/10 and Barbecue 8/10. The crossiant was terrible. It wasn't flaky or tasty. The Broccoli Salad was Good. The pasta salad was good as well. The Mac and Cheese was awful. No flavor at all 4/10. Portion Game 4/10. Price Game 9/10 Food Game 6/10. Overall Chicken Salad Chick 6/10. I will come back again and try different stuff.

It's chicken salad sandwiches. Nothing mind blowing but if you are feeling a hankering for something very 'midwest' it will not disappoint. The broccoli salad was solid.

I have been here twice. It is such a cute restaurant! Service is very fast, food is fantastic, atmosphere is very “lady like”! My daughter took me here and I just loved it. So I took my sister here! The food is so good, the service is so fast. It just reminds me of a little restaurant where ladies get together to have a great time with great food!

Parking: There is pull in parking spaces right in front of the door, and also on the sides of the building.
