Our waiter was the best I've never had such great service ever. He made sure to refill our drinks, he was kind, and so very polite. I believe his name was Caleb I spoke to the manager about him because I was pleased with how well he treated my family and I. The food is always great when we eat here.
Kid-friendliness: My kids love Chilli's they always give them a crayon and a paper to color.
Mediocre at best or do I mean Medicare for all. Not sure but they can go themselves.

They said there was a 20 minute wait so we gave our name and waited. 45 minutes later (after multiple families who got there after us were seated) I asked why we weren't being seated. The hostess asked for our name again so I said our name again. She turned around and talked to her coworkers for a few minutes, didn't say anything to us and then seated another table so we left.

Ordered chips & salsa to go, got home to a huge bag of chips and a little container of salsa that was 1/2 full. The price was almost $8, the least you can do is provide enough salsa for the huge bag of chips. Very disappointed.
Delivered the wrong sandwich, but replaced it with the correct one 15 minutes later and took it off my bill.

Went to eat there after a hockey game in Peoria. The food was pathetic and expensive!! The server was like on some kind of speed. Will probably never go back again!!! I'm posting a picture of their spicy chicken sandwich that cost over $14, it was pathetic below grade for any restaurant!!!
