This location is not very good for some reason I go over on sterling literally have no issues, but in East Peoria the food was mediocre at best. The burritos are small barely any meat in them , I wanted extra veggies there was barely any in there.
I would not come back here I will just drive out a little further for the sterling location. šŸ‘ŽšŸ‘ŽšŸ‘ŽšŸ‘ŽšŸ‘ŽšŸ‘ŽšŸ‘Ž

Oh my gosh….. I was ready to give up Chipotle after being let down by incorrect orders time and time again…. But today, I needed my chipotle kids meal. And chipotle, I don’t know if you hired a new cook or something.. but whoever was in the kitchen did me so right. Top ten meals I’ve ever had. Everything was so fresh and seasoned to perfection. Seems East Peoria Chipotle might be in its comeback era. Peoria Chipotle could never. Keep up this amazing work and give the cooks a raise. Chefs kiss, mwah.

Anytime I order pickup, there is always at least 1-2 things wrong with it. Ordering in store is a bit better but the quality of food has dropped a lot within the last few years.

Ordered in the app, bowl and chips—a classic, right? Pay my $14 or whatever. Show up, no chips. Well, that’s a bummer. But I’m an adult, I’ll live. But wait… what’s that? No refund for the chips? This isn’t Soviet Russia. You can’t just take my money, give me a spanking, and send me to bed hungry. So what’s the solution? They tell me: Call 1.800.chipotle. Suddenly I’m in some kafkaesque purgatory. You don’t give me what I ordered and I have to wait on hold on some 800 number like my time is worth $2/hr?? (hint: it’s more like $3.50) So I double down—this is messed up. I don’t want you to make me call customer support because you sold me something you don’t have in stock. I plead my case. I reason. I beg. All to no avail. ā€œThere’s nothing I can do for you. Just call the number.ā€ George Washington didn’t cross the rubicon for this. He believed in more. *I* believe in more.
