This is the 2nd time I waited after ordering my food waiting for 20minutes to receive my food. They need to get a better system!! I waited overall 40 minutes to order and wait for my food. Ridiculous and horrible customer service.

I asked for them to hold the butter on my bun of my butter burger with cheese & the top bun looked like it was smashed to death. I would rather the bun be served cold & not even put on the grill if they are going to smash the bun like that. Who wants a smashed bun? (I would bet no one).

Horrible drive thru experience after dark. The kiosk with the person in it is a fun gimmick, but being unable to see the menu sucks. The food was good, but there was stuff on the menu I would have loved to try if I saw it ahead of time.

Their butterburgers are worthy of being their signature offering. It would be nice if the patties were a little thicker but you can choose between single, double, or triple. I recommend at least double.
