Typical well managed, well maintained Dairy Queen. Entrance is less than desirable but a good overall experience. I had a dilly bar and picnic peach. My partner had an order of onion rings and a peanut butter parfait. No surprise the bill was $21.06 WOW won't be back anytime soon.
Stopped in for a quick chili dog and dilly bar today. Store was clean, staff was friendly and well trained. Better experience this time. Last time my banana split had fingernail marks all over the bananas. After seeing the lady who prepared it I understood why. Her nails were so fake and long she couldn't actually touch anything with her fingers, disgusting.

The bigger girl that seemed to be manager was so rude. As someone who works in the food service industry she’s the definition of creating a hostile work environment. She insulted us by telling a younger girl to get us out of the drive thru after waiting on our food and having to come back around with a receipt to get a cheeseburger & fry that was missing. It take a lot to piss me off when it come to food service workers but it wasn’t even busy. She was mad when we ordered, mad when she had to bring out our food, and mad when we came back. She didn’t even properly fix our food and we spent $8 on something that we didn’t even get.

Warm-ish food on a slow night. Kid workers need adult supervision. Never trust children to serve you. A new generation of slackers. Food too expensive, even with coupons.

Absolutely one of the worst service providers in the area!! Gave them a simple order, that couldn't be done correctly, and they want to blame the customer!

I didn't rank the food because I only had ice cream which is really good. Soft serve is great and the New York cheesecake blizzard was pretty good. Brownie and Oreo sundae was good but the oreos didn't take like original oreos.

Price and response from manager was insane.
2 meals 2 shakes 50$ asked manager to review my order and was told that he didnt make the prices

$26.75 for two hot dogs, one order of cheese curds and one small blizzard. Just so you know what youre walking into price-wise

This is a brand new location close to my home. Food is always great here, and ice cream is my vice. Nothing beats a nice blizzard on a hot summer day.

Guy that took our order was rude. Kept saying anything else? Is that all! I spent $44. I didn't get a Deluxe cheeseburger like I paid for and my boyfriend got a double instead of a triple. Fries were old & cold. Only good thing was the ice cream. Then when we went to get our right stuff the guy was cocky about it all!

Went in to order, but dumb kids behind the counter were too busy screwing off. Left without ordering, and drove down to ROC. The girl at ROC was very professional and nice. Will never go back to Dairy Queen.

The employees are extremely rude, even through the drive-thru speaker. Couldn’t get our order correct either. Won’t be back. Twistee Treat is far more worth the money!
