Went to this Dunkin in East Peoria at 530 am to get an egg cheese wrap snakin bacon and a coffee! Young girl at window and taking orders was rude She stated all I could have is coffee cause she hasn’t had chance to make the wrap or bacon I asked her if I could park and wait for it she told me no cause it would be while! RUDE!!!!

This is the worst location to go to, the service is terrible. Just about every single employee is VERY RUDE. The wait times are ridiculous and the drinks are awful. I bypass this location, which is 2 min from my house just to go to the Knoxville location. I wish it were better.

Dunkin you are way off your game lately. The drinks taste horrible and today theres no sugar on the donuts.
This is my go to Dunkin even though there is one a mile closer. They always get my order right. If they have issues and I made a mobile order and are out of something. They gladly fix it or let me select an alternative. The staff is always super nice.

I went through the drive through waited about 15 minutes just for them to cash take forever to come to the window and for them to tell me to pull around and they would bring out my coffee where i waited about another 10-15 minutes and I had to go inside to see 7 employees standing around manager was extremely rude and wouldn’t refund me she said I could either have my coffee or my refund. Not to mention every time I go there in the middle of the day they say their ice cream machine is being cleaned and I can never order what I want.. Extremely poor customer service I will not be returning I’ll just go to Starbucks down the road
