We had a wonderful stay. The first day was incredible we ate at their restaurant I had the steak and everyone else their pizza food was super delicious. Steak was phenomenal. The next day my family and our friends decided to have some Japanese food at a restaurant nearby. I ended up having an emergency situation where I was in active anaphylaxis I begged my husband to just take me to the hotel which was right across the street. We came in the door asked if they had Benadryl and they asked if we needed an ambulance (husband said yes as I was saying no I’m fine, I wasn’t clearly fine at all) Everyone acted fast and got me Benadryl, water and kept my little one occupied while everything was going on. All this happened literally with in minutes. The ambulance came took me to the hospital where we sat for several hours to monitor me after receiving epinephrine. My friends watched our little one. I wish I caught the names of the staff members. Thank you for stepping in and acting fast and keeping everything calm. Truly appreciate everything y’all did for me that day. Very grateful my husband didn’t listen to me when I was saying no. Y’all are the best! Thanks for the amazing stay and the amazing riverside view!

The rooms were nice and breakfast was great. I arrived at breakfast as it was ending and didn't realize it. Nate was amazing! He made sure I had everything I needed, and even went to the back to get me a tray, cover, and everything I needed to take my food to the room. He provided service with a smile and I really appreciated everything he did.

Hotel was nice and very clean. One of the staff, Nate, was very friendly and helpful during breakfast time.

Loved every minute of our stay. The made to order omelettes were absolutely perfect.

I got the opportunity to stay at the Embassy Suite Hotel in Peoria, IL. Very clean rooms, great service, and located by a Walmart in walkable distance - which is very nice. Some restaurants are a little farther, but still easy to get to!

Nate was helpful in the very busy scene of interns!

I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Sunny was super helpful & truly went above and beyond to make sure I got a room that's not facing road. Hotel is located within walking distance to restaurants and Walmart.
Nice river view.
Unfortunately, hotel NEEDS total update, the three rooms I been to had worn out furniture, halfway carpets are stained. Last room I decided to take, had smell of someone smoked in it (yuck), on way to Walmart to get Lysol spray & odor eliminator, ran into house keeping & asked if they can spray room with freshener.. They did.
When I got back I made sure to spray curtains, carpet, bed, couch, seats with lysol.
Plows where worn out & not comfortable to sleep on.
I didn't partake in breakfast but had my coffee, sad to see Embassy switched from ceramic mugs to plastic :( no flavor creamer, but that's norm at Embassy.
Pro: Great Staff, view of river and close to everything.
Cons: Hotel needs MAJOR redo.
Have video of 1st room I had & pictures of room I stayed in.

Darrell Williams is the ABSOLUTE BEST AND HE MADE SURE WE HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED, the entire weekend.

Stayed here for the state track meet and was highly disappointed. When we first got in the room, 1of2 TVs weren't working due to previous occupants unplugging cords that the hotel did not bother to check/fix after they checked out, and one of the phones not working as well. On top of that, they give out complimentary drink tickets (which I thought was nice) and yet don't tell you there is only an hour and a half time limit which is the only time you can use it (5-630pm). The bartender was kinda rude, hotel staff was polite at first but don't ask housekeeping for anything as they come off as you're bothering them when asking for simple things such as more towels or a new blanket (since the blankets for the pull-out couch smelled like they hadn't been washed from the last occupants). In my personal opinion, I would not recommend staying here, the location is very convenient however for the price and quality of service I don't think it's worth it.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. It was a great stay! Breakfast was wonderful. And made even better by Marshall and Jesse, who went above & beyond.

Marshall and Jessie are by far my favorite chefs. I stay at Embassy Suites often and I appreciated their warm and welcoming demeanors. Very nice way to start the day!

Cody and Marshall were phenomenal during the breakfast rush while the hotel hosted middle school athletes for the state competition. I couldn’t get over how clean and well organized everything was particularly while serving middle schoolers! Well done!

Sunny was the best. She truly made my stay so perfect, and was so helpful and sweet. I was having issues with my reservation originally and then towards the end of my stay, I was having issues with my key to get into my room, and she helped me with absolutely everything. If anyone has kids, or young adults that will be staying alone, she was the BEST. Definitely deserves a raise.
