I like this IHOP because I remember the tradition and great pancakes and that metal syrup carrier with different flavors. The great service and the conversation. This one serves good food but isn't friendly...its.a.culinary transcation...not a destination....yall remember going to IHOP was a destination..a memory..and event..with big family groupings that would tax the staff but thre people would work the tablet like a baet of service. Please don't misunderstand..food...
The service here today was very good. The lobby was bogged down by many Wright's tree service employees however, my coffee cup was rarely empty for longer than a minute or 2. The waitstaff was constantly movin and groovin. They did a great job keeping a positive attitude and maintaining all the other customers In the lobby. My family and I love IHOP and were not disappointed today
We had a nice visit at IHOP today. I noticed that a lot of the tables had been removed from the center of the restaurant. There weren't many people in the restaurant at all but the hostess said it was still going to be a little bit of a wait. Kind of made me wonder if they were just low on staff but then we were seated just a moment after she said that. We did have to wait 30 minutes for our food to be delivered but aside from that Cole was a great waiter and very attentive.
