My daughter was super excited to get one of Jersey Mikes gluten free subs. Ironically as we were about to walk in she stated, “I cannot wait for you to experience this service”. I inquired about her comment to hear, “you’ll see”.

Moments later we walked in to nearly empty dining room. We waited, for no less than four minutes as the two employees behind the counter rambled about there day. Then a pleasant young man asked how he could help. Repeating himself several times, he managed to write the order. Due to the uncommon gluten free option, they did not know how to charge us so they settled on using menu option number 7. For reference, we ordered turkey, bacon, and pepperoni on gluten free bread. The total was 14.86 which included soft drink.

As the pleasant employee began making the sandwich he had already lost his recipe and began asking which cheese and bread we wanted.

After some confusion, we received the sandwich which did satisfy my 13 year old. However, upon finding a seat we were surprised to find that every table was covered in bread crumbs or an oily residue.

As I write this two more employees have arrived. Maybe we came in at the end of a busy rush (4:50- Tuesday), but somehow I doubt it.

In the end, we will be back but the order will be for pickup!

Went to pick up a customers food delivery. They said it wasn’t ready, so I waited, asking about every 10 minutes for an update. After 25 minutes I asked when it’ll be ready and they said “it’s not scheduled to be made until 15 minutes from now so we can’t make it right now”. Waited 30-35 minutes when I would’ve just cancelled the order if they had told me that ahead of time.

First time going to Jersey Mike's. Ordered a regular tuna which is like 4 inches long, put a ultra thin layer of tuna on it out of a pan that had some other crusted food stuck inside the pan. Looking around at the food behind the counter, it was clear to me food poisoning was a sure thing. I declined any further service and left. If you want to spend $12 on a tiny sandwich with hardly anything on it from a dirty place, this is the place for you.

Usually don't leave reviews, and i tend to have a good experience here, but I wasn't happy tonight, ordered food online, got there 15 min later and the ticket never even got printed off because there was no paper in the printer, like ok fine. But then I waited in the lobby 25 more min for two sandwiches.

terrible customer service, cashier cashed out everyone else but when we stepped up to pay for our order he walked away, someone else had to come help us when the next customer was ready to check out. order was not made right extremely sour taste. Food was not worth $40.

Food was awesome however I went to get my tea it was empty. We informed them and they promptly removed the container we assumed to fill it. When we finished our meal tea still wasn't there so we asked and they said it was too late to make more. It wouldn't be economical for them and did not offer anything else. So no drink that I already paid for. We were the only ones in here most of the time and no tables were cleaned. We will be back but probably for carry out only.

By far, the worst experience in all our years of eating out. Christmas Eve 2024... I placed a pick-up order through the Jersey Mike's app at 2:34 PM for a 3:30 PM pick-up. Six subs with a mix of toppings. When I got to the restaurant at 3:30 PM, there was a group of 3 getting ready to place an order. I waited briefly and, after the group had paid, went to the counter to ask about my pick-up order. I was told it would be done in a moment. I sat down and waited for 10 minutes. Saw another customer come in and they took that order. As it was being worked on, the same worker asked me about my order again. I, a second time, stated I had placed an order at 2:30 PM for a 3:30 PM pick-up and realized I saw an order receipt still hanging behind the counter, so I pointed out my name on it. Was told it would be done shortly. Saw another customer come in, place an order, and get his order before mine. What is going on?

Shortening this long review... after sitting for 45 minutes, I finally walked out with my order of 6 sandwiches. Only 1 sandwich was made correctly. One sandwich was supposed to have meat including bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, banana peppers, jalapeño peppers... what did it come with? Meat cheese and bacon. All but one sandwich was wrong!

I called the store... they remembered my order as I reminded them of my conversation with them. They apologized saying they would start re-making our order. I told them my son and daughter would be there in 15 minutes with a copy of my order receipt email. My kids had to wait 45 minutes because they had not started re-making my order, and saw other people served before our order was corrected.

What they finally did was taken the original sandwiches and try and correct them. When we finally sat down to eat, none of them were as ordered...

What in the world, Jersey Mike's of East Peoria? We have enjoyed your food in the past, but today was a horrible experience and we don't know if we will be back. Really disappointing.

When my cousin took me to Jersey Mikes for the first time, the first thing I thought was why have I ever wasted my time in that other green building. Everything is fresh, and this establishement has a very distinct taste and difference from other sub shops. There is more than one person working, and there is care put into the subs and food. And they have a gluten free option which is almost impossible to find elsewhere. It has become a go to for my mom and I. The employees are nice and attentive. I dont feel bad eating something that is high quality, priced appropriately, and has a team of people working for 1 goal,,, to make me and other customers happy ? ?
I approve and I'd feel safe to say many others feel the exact same way

Love jersey mikes i always get the sub in a tub number 3 with ranch lettuce and lots and lots of pickles

Dietary restrictions: If your keto get a sub in a tub its whatever meat you choose with lettuce and i always get ranch and pickles but you can choose your sides also they have pepsi products diet mt dew.

Parking: Theres spots in front of the building but it depends on when you go. also theres parking in the shopping center.

Ordered online-got to restaurant and just two people in there waiting for food- not busy at all. Cashier was slowly wiping down counter. I waited a good 5 minutes right in front of her to be acknowledged. Nothing. So I said "excuse me I have a carry out order". She continued slowly wiping counter for at least 2 more minutes before she looked up. Told her my name and she gave me the bag. I said "Thank you." She said nothing. Good food but won't be back if you don't even care enough to acknowledge my presence or say thank you.
