I walked in at 8:00pm. We stood in the lobby for a while. Nobody came out to serve us. Wasted trip

Soon as I entered the store I noticed it was clean and ALL the staff was smiling I’ve never been to a jersey Mikes before so I wanted to come and see what the hype was all about and it met ALL my expectations 😇 I tired the Sub club regular sandwich on rose Mary parm bread and it was Delicious so if your ever in the east Peoria area and want a fresh sub and a great experience then look no further 5 STARS

My parents get this every week for themselves for dine in and bring us several. Daneisha is very nice and makes their day every Tuesday. As their daughter I would personally like to Thank you.

The staff making sandwiches were pleasant. They made sure to separate gluten free items from regular, were polite, food is good of course. The reason for the review is management. As I was waiting patiently, a team member yelled across the store “you can leave your uniform when you leave”. That’s when it became obvious something was wrong. The man leaving went to another staff member and politely said “I thought you said to take a 5 minute break”. This other staff seemed just as confused. The woman that yelled was huffing and puffing back and forth. Eventually the gentleman leaving took off his uniform shirt and left the store. All of this happened in front of a full store of customers as it was around noon on a Saturday. I made it clear to the man who rang me up that it was extremely unprofessional what just happened. What an embarrassing moment. Jersey Mike’s, train your management to act in a more professional manner when handling staff issues. To the man that lost his job today, I’m sorry that happened to you in such a public fashion.

Be careful ordering delivery from here. Half of your items will not arrive. I ordered two subs with chips, drinks and a brownie and they only delivered the subs and chips. It’s quite frustrating when you order something for lunch and items are missing. You need to do better and double check the bags before they leave your store. It’s a shame because the subs are good but service lacks big time.

I used to love this place but that past few times I’ve came in they seem to not have their screws in place. The sandwich area is never clean and there seems to be less friendly faces every time i come in. Just seems like they want me out.

I absolutely love this place as someone who is gluten free, and my options to eat out are limited, however this has been a consistent problem to where I have to speak on it.
I normally order on the app for mobile pickup due to convenience, or so I assumed. My pickup time that my order stated it should be ready by was 6:13, I went in at 6:15 and the girl said it should just be a couple minutes…. I ended up waiting over 15 minutes to receive my order. When I got there, there was a group of 3 waiting for 1 more sandwich in their order, a guy waiting to have his order taken, and myself…. No reason in my mind to wait as long as I did considering there wasn’t many people inside anyways and I only ordered 2 sandwiches. Meanwhile as I was waiting for my order there were about 5 people who came in and ordered normally (not pickup), and they all got their food before I did. I understand handling the customers walking in first so to speak, however there was enough people working where you can efficiently get mobile orders and walk ins done in a timely manner. The purpose of mobile ordering is so you don’t have to wait, and this has been a consistent problem for the last couple of months I’ve gone here.
I thought that due to me ordering gluten free and the workers having to clean their work area to prepare my sub that would result in a longer wait time, however every single mobile order that came in after me had to wait as none of ours were even started.
Next time I order, I’ll be sure to save myself time and just order while I’m there instead of depending on mobile ordering to be done on time.

Busy at times which can stress even the best of people out, but always great service at a steady to fast pace. And it smells great. Mike's way with everything on board is the best and I always get a #8, do recommend.

Ordered online with customization of no cheese or mayonnaise. There was mayonnaise all over the sandwich. They did say they were gonna refund it but when your looking forward to eating something and you cant because apparently someone screwed up it's really not a good reflection of their customer service

Jersey Mike’s is by far our favorite sub sandwich place. We rave about this place and this location is very nice with an awesome location in the levee district.

Don't think we've ever had a bad experience at jersey Mike's. They even have patience when my 11 & 9 year old want to choose their own toppings for their subs.

I went and grabbed a turkey and provolone after work so I didn’t have to cook dinner. 5/31 around 3:30. The sandwich was absolutely delicious and honestly the best sub I’ve ever had from a sub shop. I never go out of my way to leave a 5 star review but the kid you had working taking orders and making sandwiches was a CHAMP! I placed my order on your app, he was busy when I arrived, so I had to wait but seeing how he handled it… that kid deserves a raise! He was so pleasant to everyone, he had a guy picking up a DoorDash, a customer come back cuz he didn’t get the onions on his Philly, three people waiting and three more ready to order… meanwhile making my delicious sammie… I wish I had his name to give him a shoutout! I was impressed, I run a restaurant so I know amazing customer service when I see it.
