Saturated in oil,.. disgusting, leaked all over the bag. Drenched the counter top. Was suppose to be toasted. Instead got a soggy mess! Right in the trash.

While the service i recieve is usually great, i cannot say the same for the accuracy of the order. I used to order from here 3 sometumes 4 times a week. Up until a few months ago it seems like they dont know how to read or dont take the time to. Almost every time i order something is not correct on my order. So i stopped ordering from here. Today i used a giftcard that i recieved to get lunch for my fiance and I. Not suprisingly her sandwich was fine (she only adds cucumber) yet mine was once again wrong (added cheese to sandwich and no cheese) normally i wouldn't care but since they upcharge you to add cheese to a sandwhich its pretty damn frustrating. I'm officially done ordering from this location.

I ordered a BLT sandwich with extra mayo. What i got a dab of mayo. The bread was hard, like day old bread, and the bacon had no flavor.

Delivery driver was High or drunk. Took almost an hr to get my food. My sandwich was so soggy I couldn't eat it. Oh and when I tried to call, I was hung up on twice!!!! Won't be going back

Ordered delivery -Quick service -Sandwich was well made and tasty. Plenty of ingredients that appeared fresh and ready to eat. -Chips are always good -Lemon cookie was great, they should of had that as an option a long time ago Overall great experience after a long 7hr drive with a tasty sandwich

Worst experience ever! Literally ordered a combo. They accidently rang it up as a single sand which and chip. Because they were not listening or paying attention! I pay the difference for my drink cause like that’s not my fault yallllll don’t listen! Everyone but the girl at the window who gave me my food and drink mean mugged me, they were all like inconvenienced by me when they literally were the ones who just didn’t listen I had planned to tip them all $10 a worker! But after that! I gave the girl at the window a $20 tip! Then when u said not to share it with anyone because it was just for her, they all started laughing at me and just kinda being antagonistic. It’s sad. My sandwhich alsoooo was on a piece of bread that was like small as ever! Be kind and yall would have been blessed. 🥲 Update: the girl who was soooooo rude was Nitaysha And the order taker who did not listen and stilllll out tomato on my sandwhich when my recipte said no tomato’s was Jamarius I’ve called the store 5 times. And been hung up on every time!

Then I finally get home with my food and Sandwich is poorly put together, barely a drop of Mayo, bread hard as a rock and they didn’t toast it because Kaylah took the order wrong. As someone who orders Jimmy Johns a lot i will not be back to this particular store

Ordered food through the drive through. They got one out of the three sandwiches wrong. Already left and didn’t check it, should have. Next time I will check all sandwiches before I leave the window.

Just got home and unwrapped my sandwich to see that the bread has a chunk missing out of it. Not sure why this wasn't thrown away. Why was this served to me?? People working here have zero sense.

I have not gotten light lettuce EVER when I've asked for it. I've included it in details, my order name, and even customized the sandwich in the app. The service here is consistently disappointing, and after having my sandwich ordered for 10 minutes today I still had to watch them make it from scratch when I got there, AFTER they turned off the music they were blaring while doing nothing. The best part of all is that it still was 50% lettuce, just complete negligence of service.
