the Kansas City style ribs are absolutely disgusting. they don't taste right at all. way overpriced, no wonder they're on sale right now. and whoever cut them, needs fired.
Vegetarian options: Thanks for the heads update one of the people who can get the peaches ? in their own juice and who is going to be there for you ??
Good prices, prepackaged sushi and nice variety of specialty cheeses.
Good variety of prepared dishes and trays. Cakes and doughnuts always fresh. If you don't see something you like they will make to order whatever you desire given enough lead time. Small and large quantities available.
Super impressed with the new sushi department in Bartonville. The food tastes delicious. The employee working was extremely helpful and very nice.
Kroger just keeps raising the prices and selling more rotten food every day. Almost all of your organic produce is moldy and rotting. We just bought two bags of organic gold potatoes and there is not one good potato in either of them. We also have bought two bouquets of flowers in the past month, and each of them had mold in them, which made us very sick. At least your moldy flowers are on par with your organic produce. You keep raising prices and all you do is take my money and I don’t get food in return I get garbage. I spent more than $12 on an organic grass fed steak, brought it home and cooked it right away but could not eat it because it was already spoiled. I think I’m going to start shopping at Kroger while on live social media because we could literally create an entire YouTube channel on just this store’s failings.
Smells like urine and is quite a mess, these days.
Bartonville deli at Kroger is closed which is a good thing. It is gross when open and not sanitary .

Good selection. Friendly service
I don’t recommend much of anything after my 2/9/22 PM visit. I could not enter the store due to the fact that “management” was too busy standing in the doorway while yelling, degrading, humiliating and I’m sure embarrassing a new hire (2nd day on job) in front of shoppers and employees. It was a disgusting display by said “management” I have never experienced persons in charge so unprofessional in my life. So Roger and Josie I hope you read this, I hope you have since apologized and if you have not I hope those new hires seek new employment. Awful experience.
Hiring staff would be a good start. Tell the cashiers to stfu about their personal life while scanning.. Invest in some change .. Perhaps get a new manager because most of the staff walked out. Now they got one of the doors closed at all times. Smh
items priced wrong and managment very rude and treat you like a bumb
Just moved to East Peoria, IL. I have used the Kroger in East Peoria twice. The first time was a online order pickup. When I got home, the order was missing numerous items (most expensive ones) and had to call the store (not very great on the customer service) and had to make a second trip to the store. I stopped this morning to pick up a few items. The employees were all wearing their masks below their noses and the cashier was sick and coughing throughout the entire check out. I will drive the extra time to another store!
