Came on a Saturday Afternoon around 3:00. Ordered a couple of sandwich baskets and waited about 15 minutes for them to be completed. There were no other people before us, so I am not sure why it took so long. Fries were by no means fresh or hot. Part of the problems might be because it appears to be only teenagers working seemingly unsupervised. I would recommend going to the Peoria location or the McDonalds across the street.

One of the most unprofessional places I have ever been . The vanilla shake was delicious but the rest of my food was "cheap" , small and seemed canned or precooked. The young lady at the drive thru was very nice but they have way too many girls work at 1 time and the 3 times I have been there ( for ice cream only since the food isn't good) I have never seen one single adult. The girls are always on their phones or just standing around . How many bad reviews do they need before they fix the problem?

Aweful. Last time I go. Husband ordered 2 chili cheese dogs and fries for me. Everything was ice cold...fine. No cheese. He went back and came home still no cheese. Why?

We went here a few days ago and I did not like the food. I ordered chicken nuggets and French fries. The French fries were cold and not good at all. We had a long wait of about 20 minutes. We had to go up and ask for napkins, because they did not provide them. The issue is that it's all teen workers with no adult supervision.

Our first visit to Lou's drive threw Made and order give us a root beer with it all over the outside the container then had to ask for napkins. Had to ask for the chocolate malt we ordered which they did not ring up in the beginning to get home and not have our onion rings we actually paid for. Where's the adult supervision?

We went on Saturday after 5 for curb service,got waited on after 5 minutes we waited a whole hour for our food,we had to flag down the other car hop to ask if she could check on our food, I guess after waiting that long we should of just left, another 5 minutes we got our food of course it was cold don't think we will be going back,oh the root beer was good.east Peoria location

Ordered a tenderloin, chili cheese fries and a root beer in the drive thru. A little bit of a wait but not bad if it had been quality food(it wasn't). The positive was the tenderloin (fritter)was hot. It had no flavor, all I tasted was bun (not great) and the pickle n onion on the sandwich. The chili cheese fries came in a typical fry sleeve with a small condiment cup of chili and cheese. Both the chili and cheese tasted as it was dumped from a can into the cup. What am i going to do with a cup of chili and acup of cheese on the go? No napkins also.The fries had no great taste. The first sip of root beer was good. It had no ice, by the last sip (less than 15 min)all i tasted was warm syrup.I tried this because of great reviews of Peoria location, but will never try either location again based on the meal I had.

(During Opening Weekend) Went here for dinner on a Saturday and placed our order. The line to order was quite long but it was an opening weekend and Saturday dinner rush so that was to be expected. We placed an order for 4 meals but the person taking our order needed us to repeat it several times (not certain if it was due to noise but it required frequent clarifying). We went to pick up our meal (~20 minute wait) and noticed that one of the meals was not correct; we brought it back up to the pick up window and dropped it off with a server who said they would have the correct one out in a moment. After waiting at the pick up window for 40 minutes a manager finally noticed that there was something amiss and asked if I was being served (I hadn't seen her at all during our visit, not sure if she was on break). When I described her my issue and stated at this point I would just like my money back since now all of our food was cold she very politely offered to comp our order and make it all fresh. We had a whole fresh meal in about <10 minutes. Very impressed with the manager's response and the meal itself, that is not the case with the rest of the wait/kitchen. Several were just milling about/did not ask me if there was anything amiss in >40 minutes waiting. All in all I will definitely come back here, just once they get everything figured out.
