Food is mostly microwaved and soggy, literally everytime my wife goes to that mcdonalds the food is intolerable undercooked/underprepped. E. Washington st mcdonalds is definitely the go to choice.
this mcdonalds has not once handed me a correct order. even if it takes them 30 minutes (no exaggeration I've been left to wait this long before) and that was before every place being short staffed. management seems not up to their task. I've had to argue with them and accused of lying before because they were certain they themselves handed it to me only to find out they hadn't. the east peoria mcdonalds doesn't even deserve their current rating. your expediter is where your...read full review
Cashier was having issues and I was given one total then charged another. Manager came over and they pressed some buttons and had me swipe again assuring me I would only be charged once. . Well a few days later and now I have both charges on my account. Different amounts though. I called and asked to talk to the manager and he wouldn’t even take my call and instead just told the employee who answered the phone to tell me to call my bank.
