Horrible experience all around I placed a mobile order tonight it was finalized money was taken from my account but due to it being late when i got to the intercom she claimed she didn't have the order then I got a notification it was cancelled by the mcdonalds wouldn't recommend this location 👎

I never go to this McDonalds because every time it’s not a good experience from wait time to heat of food to quality of what is made. I made the mistake of not selecting a different McDonald’s on the app and it auto picked this location. It took 30 minutes from the time I got my receipt to the last item on my order. We received all our food at the 2nd window after maybe 3-5 minutes then were asked to go to the next spot up to wait on smoothies. 3 cars got their food behind me before I walked inside. Almost 10 minutes there. Even inside I waited 10 minutes for 2 small smoothies, had to ask to get one remade because it was filled with huge chunks of ice. Took another 5 minutes for that. And there was no apology for the wait, no communication, no nothing. Tons of people were waiting. I’ve worked at McDonald’s myself years ago, and I understand what the wait/serve times are supposed to and how fast paced the kitchen should look when your parking lot is filled. Some people are able to make themselves look fast while performing slow, but the employees I was able to see were slow-moving and making orders slow. After I got home we had a large fry hidden on the bottom that was less than half full. My mistake for not looking but regardless still unacceptable. This location needs their store owner to come visit when the store is busy and see what their performance is like and maybe even the employees to retrain for a day during peak hours. Lack of employees may be an issue here, but that doesn’t excuse the urgency. Urgency is important regardless of lack of employees and there was no urgency here.

I work alot of hours that a can't leave so I have to door dash 5 times they have messed up an order for 2 box's of nuggets then I try to call and no answer is just rings and rings then apparently there mocha frap machine is down what do they do charge me for a large drink and over draw my account

They never give you the correct order and have terrible customer service. They just gave me a NASTY burger with a whole bunch of stuff on it when I ordered ketchup only.

Rudest lady ever!!! Never ever going back to this location. After a mistake that she corrected, I said thank you ma'am. She looked at me and rudely says...uh huh. Apparently, I annoyed her by asking for something I paid for that I didn't get with my order.

I was coming to give a three stars but remember, it ended well. I wanted the new pumpkin creme pie. It's after 8 am, and can you believe they haven't even started to make them yet. My thought process was why it's after eight it's a new item for what reason to not have them ready. I say just give me two apple pies. No pies were made this morning, and it will be twelve minutes to wait, so we don't have any as of now. Yes, I thought the same thing. Why can't I wait for them. I got to the window and asked if they had apples. I was told yes, but then this person didn't know where it was on the screen. There is so much happening in that three minute wait, so I got two bags of apples for free.
Parking: Don't go during busy hours you'll be stuck in your parking spot due to drive thur. Nest advice park opposite of drive thur.
