I no longer even live in Illinois. But I always make it a point to go to a Michael's and get some subs, garlic bread, and some of their amazing cinnamon bread. You just don't find the bread density and sweetness anywhere else. That combined with pretty decent ingredients. Makes for something that I always seek every single time I make my way into Illinois again. Good deals and decent prices also definitely help. Everybody also loves their bucket of spaghetti which always comes out great and is always a good staple whenever we order the family feasts

I order tortellini and got spaghetti I order the family feast with extra sub and didn't get second sandwich you guys was closed by time I got back home no receipt given this was last night I really wish you would fix my order I can't come back there again this 2 times my orders was wrong

Never had a bad experience. Always feeds our family of five. affordable. Family feast is our go to. Love the fresh sweet bread.

Kid-friendliness: My kids are picky eaters. They normally don't like sub sandwiches because of the bread but, they love Michaels mike sub. They love the family feast tortalini.

Love the food but.....I called in a order for pick up 2 different times a week apart. The first one, 5 bread & pasta with butter, at pick up - butter was not their homemade , asked to buy but was told its only for catering. Recent order, 10 bread & pasta, was told they will give me a tub of homemade butter for free because of the 10 bread order( Which I verified before ordering). At pick up, Emily told me that they needed to charge me for the butter per his manager Dominic . I wish I was informed prior and or before pick up of the change.
When I opened the 10 loaf of bread after a 6 minutes drive, it was warm but was all put together in one paper bag and half was flattened. So disappointing......

One of our favorite places to eat at because you def get more bang for your buck. We get the family feast with bread, and add the cinnamon bread which is absolutely delicious. This meal can feed my family of 4, twice for under $40!The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is always clean and it’s so easy when your in a hurry to just grab and go through the drive thru.

We ordered the spaghetti dinner which was plenty. We took it home and had dinner another night. Came with a salad and a whole bunch of garlic bread. Everything was very good

Food was good but they charge you for every little thing. Got tortellini with the sauce on the side and the charged a $1 and charged me $2 to toast my sandwich. So, I paid $30 for a Alacarte tortellini, and 1/2 gondola toasted on garlic bread.

Came and ordered family feast here, asked for butter with my loaf of bread I ordered and she said I had to pay for butter. I said butter doesn't come with the bread I ordered? She said no I'm sorry, so I had to pay 1.07 for 2 small containers of butter enough for 1 peice of bread. Never heard of not getting butter with your bread at avantis or lagondola or let alone having to pay extra for it. I can see if I didn't order a leaf of bread but I would think butter would come with bread???
