The guy who rang me up was amazing but I’m so mad. I paid $17 for a bowl of Mac and cheese (including my tip) that should have been the best bowl of Mac and cheese ever lol but it was the driest most bland noodles I’ve ever had in my life. It’s like they completely forgot to put sauce and cheese on it. Paid $17 for boiled noodles. After a hard days work and didn’t realize it until I got home. :(

My parents got buttery Parmesan noddles and chicken alfredo. The pasta was barely warm. We brought them back and asked to warm up. They made the point to make us wait for the food to be brought back out. My parents felt bad about saying something and just ate their food. Won't come back.

This place has bad food, cold & noodles not cooked properly! I don't think they will last in business much longer!

It's not hard to mix the cheese with the noodles instead of letting the sauce set on top, ensuring any noodles underneath just become wet, soggy, and tasteless. I've had better mac and cheese from Kraft boxes. So disappointing, so lazy.

The last few times I’ve placed a pick up order they forget half of it. Today I only received one out of my 3 items ordered. No silverware when it was requested. So I’m now at work with just noodles no rice crispy and they forgot my side. We also don’t have silverware at my work (hence why I asked for some) and now I cannot eat my lunch. I will NOT be back to this location. So frustrating.

I got a lot of hype from someone about this place only to try it and was disappointed. The mac n cheese was extremely dry and a bit chewy, which means it was probably over-cooked.
They weren't super busy, but they were behind on orders and seemed to have trouble keeping up. I kept waiting for someone to not be so busy so I could ask for a to-go box(not sure why because it wasn't that great), and it looked several minutes before someone noticed and got us a couple of boxes.

if i could rate tabitha 10000000000000% i would. we just moved to the area and we’re feeling a bit down, decided to stop into noodles as it had been years since trying it. tabitha went above and beyond to help us understand the menu, make substitutions for us, and explain what options would appease our spicy palate. She even went out of her way to bring out some spice mix for us to try , on the house! never have i ever had such a great experience at a restaurant, let alone a chain. tabitha made an already wonderful meal taste amazing. i love tabitha.

I recently stopped in to pick up a rice krispy I had orderd through the app with a birthday reward. When I got there I was told they were out of the item I chose. The manager was great and stepped in to tell me I could come back tomorrow to pick one up so I didn't lose my reward. She was so kind to help make my birthday a good one with Noodles& Co's delicious rice krispies. Great food, even greater service!

The dining area was grimy. Staff seemed more interested in leaning than cleaning.

They need a system that works for their deliveries. Its a circus. If they need the receipt as company policy then already have a bag ready with all the necessities already to go and staple the receipt to that and have it in front of the tray with the food so you can check it. Are there drinks? At least have the cups up there so you know to fill them when you get a chance. Us delivery drivers hate to watch your wheels turn when its a disasterous set up.

Don’t get me wrong - noodles is great - one of our favorites.

And when we found out they did catering, we were so excited to use that as our wedding caterer.

They forgot the water pans for their hot hold kits. For all of our food (over 1000$)
All of them - just, casually left out.
My husband and I - not being experts on the subject, weren’t aware.

Our food caught on fire.
The entire place smelled like the canisters. Smoke.
The middle was burned.
The rest of my guests got cold food, because we couldn’t burn down the building.

Really sad that happened, because noodles was my favorite.

Day to day - noodles is still a choice,
But never again catering.

First time, and we loved it. Potstickers 🔥. We will definitely be back.

Super nice, quick and friendly, I prefer this location to the Peoria one! 10/10
