Food was good and staff were friendly. The dining area was a mess and needed a vacuum or sweep, messy drunk area especially underneath the counter. Always seem to be out of the right sandwich bread even though there were loaves in the case? Maybe that's just display...

Has to be the best panera in the area I've been to all 3 of them over the last few years and this location is it the food is fantastic the same for the service and the place is always clean even at there busiest times thanks to the team here you are the tops

Always a good stop, I have the Penara Sips club. They keep it clean, and in warm weather, the patio makes a nice place to work if your on the go.

The bearded guy behind the counter today deserves a raise! There's endless people, system is down or not working, drinks are running out... He is still friendly and professional. Helping everyone as efficiently as possible. I heard him call for help and after a few another team member came and rang out one person and then left again...
Also, these bagel stackers need to be a permanent addition to the menu !

I live in Bloomington and come to Peoria frequently for business. Every time I come to the East Peoria location, they are RUDE. They rush you to order and have an attitude when you ask them to read something back (and for good cause, because it's usually not correct). On my last trip, after dealing with a rude representative, my sandwich barely had any meat on it. You can't convince me this wasn't intentional because I've never seen a sandwich from Panera so thin... worse than Subway. Never again in East Peoria, that's for sure.
