Two different orders two different times, yet I still get ripped off.. no more pizza hut for me thank you..
Deliveries are a disaster, I got a guy who claimed to not have change, boom tipping 10$ instead of 5$ only to realize my fries are somehow BBQ wings, and that shit is everywhere. Also did not recieve a soda I ordered. Booooo

Every once in a while we order from pizza hut after having a busy day and needing something quick for supper. Typically it's a pretty easy process by placing my order online and in about an hour we get our food with no issues. Well late last week I tried to place an order, and the app was messing up and not letting me add any items. So I called and it sent me to someone who isn't at the actual store. The lady took our order and when it came time to pay, she asked me to hold for a moment. After she said that, she put me on hold and eventually hung up on me. I called back and a different lady answered this time. She said our order was cancelled by the other lady. She stated that the location we are trying to place an order through was out of everything except heart shaped pizzas and pizza melts. So I told her nevermind, we won't be ordering. So now we get to tonight. We decided to give the app another try, and it's working! What a relief..NOT. I placed my order, and received the text and email confirmation. As time goes by, I keep checking the pizza tracker. At first it said they received my order, and after a bit it said they are working on making my order. After a while (about an hour) it still said it's being made. I decided to try to call and check on the order and the automated system stated my order was cancelled! I ordered at 9:30, and they don't close till 11. So I try getting ahold of an actual person from the store but it just rings non stop and eventually starts beeping and I have to hang up. I decide to drive to the location since it's 5 minutes from my house and they already had the lights off and doors locked (at 10:48.) So now I have no idea if I was charged for that order (over $100 for that order BTW.) How ridiculous that I can place an order online and they not only cancel my order, but don't even notify me of the cancellation! No clue why they cancelled it, but it was SUCH a waste of my time. Then I had to go somewhere else for food super late at night. I will NEVER order from pizza hut again.

They charged me $24.95 twice on my card. That was my total and then the driver told me I needed to pay 32.95 so almost another 10.00 after charging me 50.00 dollars for a 25.00 order . .

Delivery driver through a fit when he dropped our pizza off tonight. Said “next time tip” even though we had a $20 cash tip for him and he didn’t stick around long enough to get it. Just right away started yelling saying we didn’t tip. Was so rude.

I have been here 3 times. The first time I was charged for the Extra-Cheese we ordered on the Pizza,There was a minimal amount of cheese. The second time I was charged for Xtra cheese,I checked the pizza before I left,no Xtra- cheese. The GM was there and said they “forgot” the Xtra-Cheese. This time I walked in and ordered and reminded the GM I want Extra-Cheese,I was charged again. I got home and no extra-Cheese again. Complete Nonsense.

Ordered a large tavern pie, a medium one topping, and an order of breadsticks. Got them home to feed a hungry crew and 3 separate people had hairs as an additional topping. Melted into the cheese and gave a hair “pull” instead of a cheese “pull”. Needless to say they were tossed and we ordered from somewhere else. It’s going to be a while if at all that we return, which sucks because the crew was aces, they just need hair nets!

The pizza was good, service was good and the process was reasonably quick, however their pizza is crazy expensive here. Nearly $25 for a medium.
I just order from the east peoria Pizza Hut! The delivery driver was a nice guy, the pizza was great and hot! Hands down the best experience with Pizza Hut. (I have ordered from Pizza Hut for 20+yrs).

Piazza Huts' pizza definitely hasn't changed over the ages!!! It's filling food for a reasonable price!! Especially for parties!! Our kids love it!! However I do miss the
Don't eat here unless you like being scammed. Ordered a pizza and it never came for delivery. I had to contact my credit card company and claim fraud since this place would not offer me a refund for a order they never delivered.
