The price of the food is incredibly high. It should not be $100 for 2 people to eat.

I was just there to pick up a carryout order. It took 12 minutes for somebody to even acknowledge me then they told me to go sit at the bar. Nobody ever came to the bar so after seven or eight more minutes, I stopped somebody and said I had a carrier order. They said OK I’ll go get the bartender five minutes later. Some lady came out and said oh I’m the carryout lady what’s the name on your order so I told her and another five minutes past she didn’t come back so I stopped somebody else and I said do you guys have a bartender so that I can at least have a drink while I wait she said yeah I’ll go get the bartender never once did I see a bartender then the carryout specialist came back and said oh I don’t have an order in that name so I told her the name again in about seven minutes later she came back and said oh we’re still waiting on your fries which was 22 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready so then I asked for the manager about five minutes later the manager came out I was telling her what was going on and she just looked At me like she was disgusted now mind you I have been in this establishment for 27 minutes after placing an online order and driving for 20 minutes to get there for two meals and I said you look like you’re frustrated. She said no I’m just over it all I said oh I’m sorry did I say something wrong and she said no I’m just over it all I said do you have a card? She said no I’ve only been here two weeks and I’m over it. I said well do you have a card for your manager? She said yeah it took her 10 minutes to get that back to me by the time she came back from my food was thoroughly cold and five of the sauces that I had to pay $.70 for each we’re not even in my bag, I know that’s not that much money but when you wait that long and you get treated like crap and you can’t even get a drink while you wait, especially when I used to work at that place and I know what the standards are. It’s just very unnerving and I’ve had very poor service the last time I was there too probably not gonna go back ever again.

Came here with my fiance, my first time going. I had ordered the Madlove while my fiance ordered the whiskey BBQ. She got the endless order of fries while I got the endless order of chips. The queso and chips for the appetizer was decent, wish they had brought the appetizer further apart from our order tho. I had also gotten the cookies n cream shake as well.

We have been going here over a year, the last two visits were horrible. We gave it a second chance, but we will probably not come back. Two weeks ago we waited over an hour for a burger that was cooked so long it crunched, last night we waited 30 minutes for a raw chicken salad. Kitchen and service have taken a nose dive.

We stopped by to try the $9.99 burger special with bottomless side and drink. The double burger had 2 meat patties that were hard to find they were so small. The side of frys were not hot and seemed greasy. The Ceasars salad was very good but small, which was ok because could reorder more. I asked for a second fry that came out really hot and good. I think they had the original fry sitting around that got cold. They need to make frys as the orders come in.
The service was slow, I think they need more help on the floor and in the kitchen. Although the waitresses are trying their best and were friendly and helpful.
It seems that this place is trans, gay friendly. A couple of the help had t shirts with the gay colors, etc. I don't care what they do in private but I don't want it in my face when I visit a restaurant. I guess management doesn't care if they loose customers for this.
Overall I think give it a try but it needs improvements to the quality of food and service timeliness.

My husband an I went to lunch on Monday..
I ordered burger special
My fries were cold an not impressed with my cold hamburger bun !!
My husband ordered shrimp and fish..Oh my goodness was awful
Shrimp way over cooked an 2 tiny pieces of fish..
His was 21.00!!
Sooo disappointed 😞
Waitress never came back to refill drinks or bottomless fries!
We left hungry!!

The food is always consistent. The only time I have had an issue is when the waiter either didn't listen or was rushing. Most times the customer service is good. We will be frequenting.

Poor food quality when they actually get the order right. Literally just paid $20 for a chicken sandwich with less than a millimeter thickness of chicken breast and the bun was stale.
