The greeter as you come in the door, older lady, was very nice. My waitress obviously did not want to be there. My wife and I felt rushed even though the restaurant was not full. I asked for a small Tower of onion rings and she brought me the full tower. They were good onion rings, but couldn't finish it. My burger was good, had to try and hunt down the waitress to get a box for what my wife couldn't finish but her lunch was good. Another waitress named Melissa was able to bring us our box so we could leave. She was much nicer than the waitress we had. Red Robin is just not the same as when it will opened. I don't know if I'll be back or not. Doesn't seem like it matters anyway

I am not one to leave reviews of restaurants but I felt like I needed to post something since the manager did not seem to care in the slightest on the phone when I called. To start, We ordered an appetizer of chips and queso but unfortunately it never came. Then they brought out our drinks and my daughters kid size drink had a piece of old dried food stuck on the inside because it wasn’t washed properly. My fiancé also had a little fly floating in his water when it arrived. The place was busy so it took a very long time as expected but when our food came we told them to just cancel the appetizer since we didn’t get it. The waitress did apologize and offered to bring it to us at the end of the meal to go free of charge. We thanked her and thought all was well. Until we got to the car and opened up our chips and queso they gave us… it was less than 1/4 full and there were tons of soggy chips floating in it…it literally looks like someone’s left overs. I called the manager before leaving a review and the host answered and said the queso should not have chips in it when it’s to go…then the manager jumped on and after I explained everything, he was not apologetic at all and he just said “they are supposed to be like that”. He said they are normally served on the side of a ceramic bowl so instead they threw them into the cup…however when you look online and on the menu, there’s no chips on the side of the bowl… idk, either way, we either got someone’s left overs for our inconvenience or we got a very tiny splash of quest with soggy chips in it…I would not recommend just due to sanitary concerns at this point. Wouldn't revisit unless it goes under new Management. Some people get a position that they cant fulfill properly. The Aura of the whole place is off.

Manager Bre was very rude steals tips and doesn’t care about their customers we asked consecutive times for the game to be turned on she never turned it on then eventually stated that they didn’t have the package. JASON! He was very nice took care of us great customer service and apologetic of the managers behavior he deserves a raise and whoever owns this establishment she is the reason why it’s going down hill!

Ordered salad, arrived with no fork. Asked 3 times for a fork before finally getting one. Also had blue cheese dressing that was separated and spoiled. Asked for 1 of the burgers to be cut in half arrived whole. Asked for no croutons came with them. One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had.

How these are considered gourmet burgers is a joke. Burger is small, even a specialty burger, fries were cold and soggy, and the whole place feels like an adult chuck e cheese. And how the he'll are you so expensive? I ate alone and still broke $50 for a draft beer, burger, and sweet potato fires. I will literally go anywhere else for a burger than here. Side note wait staff was friendly.

The food was mediocre at best. We ordered garlic fries, which cost an additional $3 on top of the already overpriced burgers, and it definitely wasn’t worth it.

They had normal traffic when we walked in and things got pretty dead while we were there (late afternoon). Our food was old. You could tell that our fries were not fresh. Our burgers and cheese slices also did not taste fresh.

Also, I have a gluten allergy. I told the server and she did not discuss any of the fryer procedures with me. My burger also did not have an allergy marking. I am hopeful that I won’t get sick because I’ve heard good things from others with Celiac. I’ve been to the Red Robin in Champaign and I was really impressed with the experience there. I’m sad to say I had a different experience in East Peoria. It feels like a waste of money.

Dietary restrictions: Historically, they’ve been good. However, my server was not attentive to my gluten allergy. I would be very communicative with the server if I returned.

Was told they weren't serving small groups with 6 empty booths waited 35 minutes with all those empty seats because a group of 10 were complaining about the wait when they came at 5pm they should have called ahead it's Saturday they can't be that dumb
