Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Poor food quality when they actually get the order right. Literally just paid $20 for a chicken sandwich with less than a millimeter thickness of chicken breast and the bun was stale.

Our server was rushing around, spilled a drink on me and then wiped it into my clothing with her hands.. and then took forever to get back to us. I had to wave her down to get a refill and boxes. She was rude and got smart toward my table. She is clearly the only server for 6 ish tables. She knocked several things down on the table and leaned over my drink.. The food is still pretty good but the fries were definitely not fresh. Very disappointed in the quality of service I received today. The manager asked how our service was and we told her. She did nothing to correct it. Beware

I loved their Burgers and their bottomless fries! They had great and fast service! I just found out a few weeks ago I have Celiac. Their gluten free bun was great and they have a dedicated fryer for their Fries. I will go there often!

We come in on a spur of a moment late lunch. Our server, Mailee, was amazing. She was on the ball asking if we needed anything and refreshing our drinks. Definitely coming back!!

I was pretty disappointed with my last visit to Red Robin. The food isn’t as good as it used to be. Service wasn’t the best.

The fries were just not hot when they got to the table. Even the second basket was barely warm. I believe they precook a large amount and just let them sit. Kimberly is always fantastic, but her cooks and management are letting her down. The hostess stand should have a no cell phone policy for the staff. Everyone has their face down and in a phone.

I mobile ordered coming from church so it would be ready when I got there. I just had to wait an extra 6 minutes cuz I got there earlier than the cook time.

Haven’t had a burger in a while and after shopping at Costco we decided to get one. I had the mushroom burger and it was awesome. Glad I went.

Not a great time. Service was pretty terrible
I think our waitress had 3 other tables maybe 4, other than that it was dead.
Waited a while to even be greeted by her.
The “bottomless” fries definitely had a bottom because they don’t even give you a decent portion. They were fresh and hot but cut small, hardly filled the bottom of the basket.
Burgers were okay.
Waitress made a comment about how we were good on refills as she walked by us, when in reality it would have been nice to be asked if we’d like more drinks. Instead of waiting to see her again
She popped her head out a couple times to look at the tables but didn’t come out to check until we had eaten and waited, and waited to ask for some more fries and drinks.
Then we had to wait to ask for boxes.
It shouldn’t have taken that long.
Sucks that such a popular food chain is so short and ill staffed.
