Second time here. Burgers are okay, pricy for what you get. Endless fries are a joke when they bring 6 fries in a basket. Food does look good though. Idk.I would not choose red robin again. Too many other places to give a try.

Went to celebrate my daughter’s birthday as we do (more accurately now-did) every year. When asked for my party size (7), the hostess was extremely rude about me not calling beforehand. I’ve never been told to call ahead, and we had only made the plan to go that night 30 minutes prior…. She gave me so much attitude about how “they would have seated parties differently”. I had to request what the time frame would be for 7, and the wait was not longer than I would have been willing to do. I even tried to make it easier saying we could be split into 3/4 if needed to make her feel better. That was met with attitude again. I don’t understand why she got so angry that there would be a wait for table(s) on a Saturday night, especially since I had no issue with it. Since she was so rude, we went to Tequilas instead and they gladly accepted our business. Guess our birthday tradition is gunna change.

After 15 mins of waiting for the hostess to even take our name, a mostly empty house and a full waiting room, tells me Red Robin either isn't training their hosts properly or they were just not good enough for their job. We will 100% think twice before coming back. It's sad, food has been good in the past. Oh well, another place lost to time with bad service. On our way out we were asked why by some others also walking up with questioning looks as to why the waiting room was so full. They walked away too followed by 2 other families tired of the wait.

Great burgers and service. It is loud and usually lots of kids and families so the atmosphere is not quiet or relaxing but that is to be expected. We love their food and enjoy going there.Dietary restrictions: They are gluten free friendly! Their gluten free buns are delicious.

We used to love to come to this place but had a bad experience about a year ago and didn't come back until a few days ago. We quickly regretted it. To feed 2 kids and 2 adults was over 70$ and the food wasn't good (some not edible). My chicken sandwich was almost half the size of the bun it came on, my husband's burger was soggy, and my sons Mac and cheese was still frozen (even though the bowl was extremely hot) and all of our fries were soggy. I hate to say it but we won't be back
The service is absolutely wonderful. There are two servers in particular I would like to call out for their outstanding service. A worker named Luke, and another worker with dyed hair and anime tattoos on her arms (I forgot her name sadly). Both servers are very very kind, polite, thoughtful, patient, and respectful. It's some of the best service I have gotten in awhile. I hope their wonderful attitude serves them well. 10/10 service. Would definitely recommend!!

The brussel sprouts tasted as if boiled, not broiled, so quite mushy in texture, but taste was good. The avocado on my burger was quite brown and looked unappetizing, so i had to eat around it. The other burger was good. Server added a charge of a special bun when I asked for no bun and was pissy when we brought it up. Sorry, but attitude affected tip. Tables were dirty when we were seated but cleaned right away.

I had the ribs they were fatty and tough. We were the only ones there and yet it took forever to get our food or even service. Won't recommend to anyone.
