tonight was the worst service and steak ever! she did not come back to our table at all until she asked about to go containers. no refills and no dishes ever removed. the steak was so tough we sent it back after 30 min waiting for her to cone back.
1 hour and 45 minute wait on a Togo order finally got my order and when I made it home it was a completely different order. They had to remake the order and the food was cold. They didn’t offer anything to make it right.
Waited 30 minutes at our table for service from the wait staff. Four waitresses and a table attendant walked by us with ZERO acknowledgment. Irony behind is there was no one waiting in the entrance as we were walking out. Walked over to Chili’s, seated and ordered within 5 minutes. Chili’s-1 Texas Roadhouse-0
