Everything needs to be dusted and cleaned, floor to ceiling. It was dusty and greasy everywhere. Their environment is so loud you have to talk so loud to whoever you're with. Make sure you have a reservation or you could wait for hours like we watched people do.Food was less than subpar. I ordered a fillet mignon and was given a undercooked, almost raw sirloin steak. Still was charged for the fillet, despite me bringing it up to management. We wanted to just leave so I said no point in waiting for the fillet, I'd just pay for the sirloin so we could get going.Over priced food, over priced drinks, gross environment, not enough staff.

Consistently great steaks. Service was great, also. A bit noisy in tight quarters, but they do a great job.
The food and service were excellent. I've never had a bad experience at roadhouse. My only criticism this time was the music seemed unusually loud. We were there at the dinner rush so the loud music caused conversations to be loud. It was just noisy. But not a problem. Definitely not a deal breaker for a great steak and fall off the bone ribs.

I've been here often but it had been 5+ years. Texas Roadhouse was everything we love with some helpful tweaks. One thing that is synonymous with Texas Roadhouse is the wait. They have added a mobile app that greatly helps you manage. Planning your visit to the awesome and tasteful restaurant of Texas Roadhouse and that's important. All the things that we had were very good and of course the cinnamon butter with rolls is something we all look forward to and my 4-year-old was introduced to those rolls and was thrilled.
Hostess services were disappointing, under poor management. Will not dine here again.

My friend and I dined in on April 6th, and ordered a bone in Ribeye, upon receiving my bill I asked the waitress “Bree” for a to go strawberry lemonade with no ice. The waitress refused to serve me a regular sized lemonade even though I advised her that I was willing to pay for the lemonade to go. She then went and got her manager Landry to deliver two child sized lemonades to my table. When I declined the child’s sized cups and told her I wanted an adult size lemonade in which I was more than willing to pay for she then told me she was unwilling to sell me a lemonade to go. And walked off. A second manager “Alexis” then approached our table and said she was going to “talk to someone” when the second's supervisor returned and advised me that they were out of to go cups, but offered to give me a half gallon of lemonade to rectify the situation. This dining experience was both embarrassing and humiliating. It definitely should have never went to the point where I’m stuck having to explain my willingness to purchase a drink and the staff denying me opportunity to support the establishment because I wasn’t interested in a child’s cup as a 41 year old woman. Allison the manager that offered me the half gallon was very attentive and apologetic and I am grateful for her. What really upset me was when I told Landry that this felt discriminatory and that I wasn’t interested in a child’s size cup. She said “I’m not going to threaten her and began walking off” to which my reply was I’ll be contacting my attorney. All the original server had to do was say they were out of to go cups, I honestly would have been more than happy to purchase a half gallon, but this situation escalated because the server Bree told me they don’t give to go cups, which is false…. Anyone can purchase a to go drink. And Landry felt empowered by her superiority complex to deny me and my guest simple dining options. I eat at Texas Roadhouse often and have NEVER been denied the opportunity to purchase a non alcoholic drink to go upon the completion of my meal. I’m asking that a member of leadership review with the team table side manner and maybe even consider diversity, equity, and inclusion training so that guest coming into the establishment especially people of color like myself are not forced to be humiliated for wanting to purchase items for sale in the establishment. As the committee chairwoman of the racial justice committee of the local ACLU I have never been so embarrassed and disappointed in a dining establishment here in Central Illinois.

Got right in even though the restaurant was super busy. We really liked our server. The food was amazing , BUT..why is a bottle of Budweiser $5.25??? I mean seriously!...The restaurant was nice and clean, and we will visit again soon when we are in town. But we won't be drinking any beers!

My husband and I went last night and food was awesome.. steak was done perfectly! The service was outstanding and amazing. Out waitress was Kara and she was so sweet and had our drinks always full!
