I've been in there before, recently, and waited over 10 minutes at the bar, and couldn't get served. When they're slow, they're fine.

Service was terrible. We waited 10 minutes to even have a waitress acknowledge us, she never came back while we were eating(so no refills or making sure everything was correct), and then never came back with a check. We had to go to the register to ask for our check. Food was mediocre. Won’t be back.

Attended a birthday gathering on 9/28. The whole experience was disappointing. The waitress was extremely unfriendly, rude, and not attentive. She was kind enough to herself to add an automatic 18% gratuity to EVERY single check. She did not ask for drink refills and the napkin holders were empty on several tables. Because she didn’t come back often enough, had to go to the bar to ask for things. The bartender was very snappy and didn’t act like she wanted to help. Bathroom was dirty and no toilet paper in some stalls. Won’t be back.

I left a very decent cash tip for a work meal I had here and when I went to do my expense report for it, I noticed that the staff (Nik G according to the receipt) decided to take it upon themselves to input a tip onto my tab that I did not authorize.

Nice selection of food and drink. Way above typical bar food. They've got true Chicago style hot dogs, Brats and Polish. Pizza, burgers, wings, etc. Also some good Chicago style Italian beef and sausage sandwiches. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Tons of TV's all over to watch about any game you could want.

Horrible! Sat for 30 mins without service or acknowledgment from a waitress. Wasn’t busy, could tell by the atmosphere they did not want us there. Very disappointed.
