I am an avid player, and I got comped dinner as I have in the past. The service is very slow. The food was not very good at all. My burger was really dry. The french fries e were cold as ice like I said it took forever to get there. My grandson ordered some donuts to go and they didn’t give him a bag to take home. I ordered a giant cookie with ice cream when I got home I realized the cookie was burnt people think this is a free meal for me which it’s not I pay a lot of money to play at the status that I play in order to get these free meals I’m very disappointed. This has happened many times before.would I recommend going there now? It’s definitely not worth the money

Went here for dinner while passing through and the food was cold, order was wrong. My food didn’t come out until at least 10 minutes after my husbands. I ordered a salad with lettuce I had to pick off because it was wilted and old looking. The service took forever as well.

Food is so so. First thing I ordered was very subpar. Server was kind enough to replace with another menu item, which was OK. service was good, but not superb. Servers looked bored. The atmosphere is very nice. However, for the amount of money that you spend, I would not recommend this establishment. It was just… meh!

Good spot for a quick bite, night cap, rally point, or evening on the mic.

Check out the local talent, or the local yokels singing karaoke.

Eat the pretzel, absorb your Yuengling. The wings are fat, the lemon pepper smackin.

The waitresses are so rude at this place! I did not feel welcome at all. There’s really no reason to be so rude to your customers, especially the ones who come in being prepared to tip well for good service. It’s sad because the food was actually good.

Decent menu selection, good food (my husband had the salmon salad and said it was the best he had), and friendly staff

Very busy, took a while to order and get our food (Thursday night).

First time here and our server Evan was great and the food was amazing. On the other hand, the bartender Sarah had an attitude with us and then we waited 25 minutes for our drinks after sitting down.

I’ve been here a handful of times and every time there is an issue with the host. Usually nobody manning the host stand. Multiple times where it has taken servers more than 15 minutes to come get drink orders. But the worst experience was when they made us feel like they were inconvenienced by a party or 7 people for my sisters birthday. When there was maybe 2-3 other tables seated when we got there. I’ve given this place multiple chances over the course of 2 years. I will not be returning because the service continues to be poor.

I’m not judging the negative reviews but I didn’t see a lick of the same experiences they report… service was delightful, food was tasty and quick, and it’s just overall a pleasant place to be. We had the Mozz sticks (incredible), fish and chips and chicken plate, with all quite good. Price is in line with most restaurants any more… we will be back!

Great atmosphere, wonderful server, absolutely terrible food. Somehow the fish and chips was both simultaneously soggy and dangerously hot. I requested the salmon on my salad well done, and it was charred and stiff. Everything but the food was lovely.

You could Google ingredients to make your drink, grow said ingredients by hand, and mix your drink all before you had any hope of receiving service from the waiters. Truly a miserable dining experience and one that management clearly does not care to resolve as they have been fielding similar complaints for 9 months.

Didn't eat any food but was with a group for drinks. Bartender was more interested talking to coworker. Had to be vocal to get service. Saving grace was that was the finest long Island ice teas I have ever had.

Worst dining experience in my life!! I ordered a cheeseburger, not edible, the bun was like from world War one, i can't believe they actually served that!! Didn't charge me for it but still had to leave hungry ? paradice, is definitely no longer what it was, just go to McDonald's at least it's edible!!

Sara took great care of us, ensuring our food was perfect and that we had everything we needed. Her friendly personality and excellent service definitely made our night memorable. Sarah the bartender, needs to be fired or go through customer service building skills. If she hates her job and doesn't understand "bring us 2 more," then go work at BK. She is very unpleasant and unprofessional
