I can’t rate this place as low as it deserves. We came in on a Sunday for a team dinner, 8 people. We sat at 6:30, didn’t get our food until almost 8pm, without another table in the whole place. The server & bartender both unpleasant, unhelpful and more concerned about watching TV. When we finally got the food, it was terrible! Not one person ate their entire meal bc it was that bad. Just close the place already!

Inside was Very cold 🥶, music was good but very loud. Service was slow and food was delivered by a robot. No follow up service from the waitress .

Karla was super sweet and attentive. My only complaint is that there's a lot of flies inside.

Truly how is this place still open? My husband and I had dinner here last night. It had been over two years since we had dinner here due to the awful service and ridiculously long wait for food. One thing this place is good at is being consistent. After our two year hiatus, the service is still terrible and you’ll still be waiting a long time for your food.

Last night, we were sat at a table and the server asked for our drink order. We both ordered water and his response was, “it’s going to be awhile.” He was right. After about 15 minutes we finally received our waters. We ordered our food and waited 50 minutes. My husband ordered the bbq burger and it was very dry with very little flavor. I ordered the Cuban which was just okay. I upgraded to the garlic parm fries which were literally just fries with mounds of grated garlic on them. I love garlic, but this was a bit overkill and poorly done. Our food was lukewarm at best. We did not complain to the waiter (who didn’t come check on us anyway) as we would have been waiting a long time again for hot food to come out. There always seems to be a decent amount of staff walking around the restaurant so I’m unsure what their roles are considering there is usually only a couple people taking orders. Other restaurants are way busier than this one and the service, food, and wait times aren’t this poor.

This place really is a missed opportunity. The ambiance and decor inside the restaurant is beautiful and could be a great place. However, do not waste your time or money.

Awesome waitress ans delicious food

I am an avid player, and I got comped dinner as I have in the past. The service is very slow. The food was not very good at all. My burger was really dry. The french fries e were cold as ice like I said it took forever to get there. My grandson ordered some donuts to go and they didn’t give him a bag to take home. I ordered a giant cookie with ice cream when I got home I realized the cookie was burnt people think this is a free meal for me which it’s not I pay a lot of money to play at the status that I play in order to get these free meals I’m very disappointed. This has happened many times before.would I recommend going there now? It’s definitely not worth the money

Went here for dinner while passing through and the food was cold, order was wrong. My food didn’t come out until at least 10 minutes after my husbands. I ordered a salad with lettuce I had to pick off because it was wilted and old looking. The service took forever as well.

Food is so so. First thing I ordered was very subpar. Server was kind enough to replace with another menu item, which was OK. service was good, but not superb. Servers looked bored. The atmosphere is very nice. However, for the amount of money that you spend, I would not recommend this establishment. It was just… meh!

Good spot for a quick bite, night cap, rally point, or evening on the mic.

Check out the local talent, or the local yokels singing karaoke.

Eat the pretzel, absorb your Yuengling. The wings are fat, the lemon pepper smackin.

The waitresses are so rude at this place! I did not feel welcome at all. There’s really no reason to be so rude to your customers, especially the ones who come in being prepared to tip well for good service. It’s sad because the food was actually good.

Decent menu selection, good food (my husband had the salmon salad and said it was the best he had), and friendly staff

Very busy, took a while to order and get our food (Thursday night).

First time here and our server Evan was great and the food was amazing. On the other hand, the bartender Sarah had an attitude with us and then we waited 25 minutes for our drinks after sitting down.
