One day I went thru the drive thru to get something to eat before work. Got up to the window that female had a bad attitude 👎. I'll never visit this Wendy's again. I'll go across town.

Wendys is my favorite fast food place, but I have not had a great experience the last few times. My 10 piece has only been 9 nuggets 3 times in a row. I tried to use a coupon in the app for $3 off but then was told I still had to pay $3 at the window. I'll probably take a break from here for a bit.

The Levy district of East Peoria is a pretty nice area so we thought this would be a good Wendy’s. Man, were we wrong,’m. This is the worst fast food place I have ever been too! Do not eat here! In fact, go anywhere else but this restaurant! Dirty and terrible food.

They forgot my burger in the drive through so I went inside to get it, spoke to the most disrespectful manager I have ever met, she was rolling her eyes at me and being disrespectful. I was trying to be nice and she started popping off on me they did not give me a receipt so I did not know how many Pattie’s was on my burger and she got angry and said how do you not know what you ordered. Are you serious lady? YOU forgot to put my burger in the bag! YOUR drive through employee didn’t give me my receipt I have no idea what she rung me up for.

I waited in line for 20 minutes before I ordered and 15 minutes while I was at the pay window while the lady was on the phone and got up and left the window. I paid at second window got my food and left. I did not get what I ordered and the food was cold. This was the third time the service and food was terrible.

We waited 15 minutes in the drive thru line just for a large Coke Zero and a large water. Two employees seemed to be in an argument/heated conversation at the check out counter with customers waiting in the lobby, we had multiple cars behind us as well, extremely unprofessional. 0/10 would not recommend.

Food was left out of my order. My fries were cold and salty. On top the manager was very nasty. I was going to drive back and asked for a large chili to replace the small they left out for my trouble. I can only give you what you paid for. Well if she would have done that in the first place I would not have had to go back. Will not be returning to this Wendy's any time soon.
