The best BBQ I've had ever. We eat there every couple of weeks. Ribs, burnt ends, brisket, pulled pork and their hand cut fries...cannot be beat. Tried a new place today that people are raving about and nope, Whitey's still has them beat in my opinion. And their homemade BBQ sauce...wow!

They give you huge amounts of food. I had the pulled pork sandwich and fries. Not big fan of their sauce. Even the ones that are supposed to be spicy are too sweet for me. Need a better selection in my opinion. The pork was too greasy. Bun was soaking wet. Should have left the sauce off of the meat. Too sweet for me.

Great little dive with awesome barbecue! The service was helpful, knowledgeable and quick! This would be a great place to get Guy Fieri from Diners Drive Ins and Dives to come for the outstanding barbecue!

Use to be much better the past few times I have been little to no smoke flavor in the meat. Would much rather spend the time and make my own at home
Absolutely amazing BBQ! I was just about out of Peoria and thought at the last second I wanted to grab a meal before I got on the road too far. I pulled off at the last exit and type BBQ into Maps and this was the first option. It wasn't very far away so I figured I'd try it and let me tell you what I'm really glad I did! Parking might be a little confusing but there is a public parking lot just to the east of the building. The staff were very awesome and very quick! A very nice young lady took my order and by the time I got my drink filled picked a seat and sat down my food was on its way out. Both of the sweet sauce and spicy sauce were phenomenal and so was the pulled pork sandwich and the mac and cheese. I will absolutely be headed back!

Had the pulled chicken and pulled pork and both were great, but the mac and cheese could have been better. Happened to go on a day that they were out of burnt tips so that sucked!

The pulled pork is FANTASTIC! Took a pound of it to family cookout they all wanted more. So much so that they went there and got 3 more pounds even though we had burgers, brats, and hotdogs from the grill.
