We stopped here for some lunch on our way out of St. Louis, and we were NOT disappointed! The staff was friendly, and generous. The food was amazing. The portions were huge! Don't skip this spot based on it's looks!

First time trying.. snoot is the best I've had!! But..... the service is horrible 😫.. they really need to train workers on how to properly answer phones and how to talk to customers.. also pave that parking lot! 😬😬

Best pork steak I have ever eaten! It was hot, tender, and the sauce was incredible.

Went 30 minutes before they closed & ordered brisket & got home & the order was wrong & didn’t have time to go back. I brought it back the next day & no apology was given, but I still was placing a order, after they fixed the first one, but I asked for a slice of cake for their inconvenience & I was told by the owner that they make too many mistakes to compensate customers & that he didn’t have to correct the order. I gave them my corrected order back & told them to refund me & to cancel my order. He lost over $50 & a customer for what should have been a easy resolution.

Heard about Big Mama's BBQ, so we decided to travel 30 miles to try it out, whst a big DISAPPOINTMENT. I ordered the pork steak and yes they were out of pork steaks, then I ordered a Dr. Pepper for my drink and yes you guessed it again they're were out. The final thing that angered me was I asked for a fork to eat and yes you guessed it again they ran out of utensils with all of these disappointments the rib tip, chicken wingettes and fries was not good at all. Do you self favor save your money, gas and time, avoid this place

We stopped here on our way back from backpacking in the Ozarks. The pork sandwich very well might be the best bbq I've ever had. Friendly staff, amazing food

First time here. The woman at the counter was very friendly, polite, and made it a nicer experience. The place was cozy and clean.
The pulled pork was yummy, not overcooked. It was a nice size sandwich and wonderful to taste. I will definitely return again when in the area.
