Someone's hair was left on the shower walls, there was no one at the front desk for checkout. Waited for 25 min. No coffee made for the continental breakfast. Tried to call and no one answered.
Server Erica in the Sports restaurant is amazing. Casino is very clean and all the employees in the restaurant, the casino attendants, janitorial engineers, & security guards are very friendly.
I think it's a good place to gamble at. You don't have to worry about people smoking. They have plenty of cocktails working too.
