Give my order to somebody else and brought me. A hash brown one when I ordered 2 sausage, egg bacon croissants and a cup of coffee and a Coke. And I didn't get it all. I got was a hash brown and a coffee.
Wow! Unbelievable. I’m so big on customer service…8/13 @ 6:00am First off, we pulled up to the drive thru order screen and a young man said “can you hold please” and came back after 13mins asking “may I take your order?!” Mind you there was no one at either screens placing an order. We paid and went to the p/u window and the rude manager said “pull to the next window, we waiting on hash browns” well after waiting at the next window for 15mins , drove off and got home, guess what, no hash browns with our order. I should have checked but was so frustrated after waiting 28mins when there was no one there. On top of all that the manager hand us our bag without a sorry for you wait and/or thanks. RUDE!Plus the for was horrible.I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!

My husband heard about a sandwich on tick tock that you can purchase from McDonald's if you ask and it's called a chicken Big Mac so he went and we tried it and they made it and it was good. The french fries were hot and fresh. The drinks were not over iced this was a really good McDonald's trip (not all of our trips to McDonald's are this lucky).
