Alibi Cookies offers a delightful selection of cookies, ice cream, and shakes, though the presentation may not always match the online imagery. The restaurant features a sizable seating area, making it a convenient late-night destination for cookie and ice cream enthusiasts in the area. Customers have mixed experiences, with some finding the cookies to be slightly better than average, while others have enjoyed the gluten-free options. Despite occasional stock shortages of popular flavors, the cookies are described as "really good," and the staff is friendly.
The restaurant seems to struggle with supplier issues, leading to frequent stock shortages of various flavors. Additionally, the availability of water and other refreshments has been a concern for some customers, as the restaurant does not offer water cups or bottles. However, customers appreciate the option to turn any cookie into an ice cream sandwich.
The restaurant offers a wide variety of cookies and ice cream flavors, making it a perfect, adorable place to visit with friends or family. The staff is kind and helpful, and customers recommend the ice cream sandwiches, such as the white chocolate macadamia nut cookies with strawberry cheesecake ice cream. Some customers also enjoy the lemon blueberry cookie, but others find the cereal cookies to be "horrendous" with a "plain and flavorless" taste that reminds them of "plastic."
