I placed my order a week and a half ago. When I arrived to pick up my order a week later there was no one inside at the counter. They came from outside behind the store. They had no record of my order and when I showed my email and that it was paid for the manager told me that there was a miscommunication and asked if I could come back in 20 minutes to retrieve my order. Might I add that when the manager came to the front she smelled strongly of marijuana. I was very unhappy and pissed off that my order was not ready!

I was expecting more from a cookie specific place. The cookie taste? I've had better, I've had worse. The pricing/value? The highest I've ever paid for cookies in the metropolitan area for a slightly better than average cookie.

Cookies were warm and DELICIOUS!! Definitely recommend! The deluxe chocolate chunk, peanut butter cup, and apple pie cookies were so good!

The cookies are very good but I will not be taking my grandson in, on 9/18/24 at around 6:35 pm the store smelled like someone smoking pots

The cookies are good and for having gluten free cookies I had high hopes! However they have supplier issues and seem to never have cookies in and their website never reflect that if you order online. Hopefully that improves so the good cookies can be enjoyed

We tried Alibi Cookies for the first time tonight. They tasted great! The presentation and the staff was very disappointing. We ordered a dozen cookies and were given the smallest box they had with warm cookies smashed inside. We couldn't even tell how much cookies were in the box because they were all stacked on eachother and the box wouldn't even close. We came home with only 10 cookies when we purchased 12 and several were broken because of the way they were placed in the tiny box. It was absolutely ridiculous to pay that much for them and then be shorted and have them presented in that way!

Cookies, ice cream, and shakes were pretty good. The presentation is far from what is pictured. Maybe presentation shouldn't matter...but when you're expecting the picture from the website or Google...it can be underwhelming.
