Mozzarella sticks not fresh cooked. The cheese are dried and my fish sandwich is not even warm🤨🤨😡 and the ice tea is cloudy😡. My hubby’s roast beef sandwich does not look fresh. No more to this place.

To be argued with, humiliated, and screamed at by an Arby's employee over food I paid for is absolutely absurd. The employee, Amber, needs to learn customer service manners and to listen. She told me I ordered something I didn't and refused to refund me, then screamed at me in a full restaurant during lunch hours. This is insane; I will be calling corporate.

I ordered a gyro,curly fries, chocolate shake,and 2 salted caramel cookies. The food was cold.my curly fries were stuck together, I didn't get my shake or my cookies. When I called the restaurant the person who answered was VERY rude and nonchalant about my concerns. I won't be ordering from them again!!

In my town of Edwardsville, Illinois, we are fortunate to have a well run and well managed Arby's. The staff has always been friendly and welcoming. For a fast food restaurant, I feel they do an exceptional job.

Went to Arby's today and ordered two chicken sandwich combos, two kids meals and cheesesticks.
We waited for our food which was fine and when we asked where our sweet tea was we were told we'd have to wait because they hadn't gotten around to making it. It was 11:36 when we ordered but we left at 12 because we had to wait so long. We were not told there wasn't sweet tea until 12 and were told it would take us another twenty minutes.
Once we got home to eat our food our kids juices were missing, one of the fries from the chicken combo was missing, the arbys and three pepper sauce requested were missing, and one of the chicken sandwiches was a brisket sandwich and the fries were cold
Got charged full price on promotional items. Not the first time this has happened. Will not be returning. Even submitted a survey on the receipt and was never contacted

Giving a fast food restaurant a 5 star rating doesn’t happen very often, but this Arby’s was on their A game.
The building is very up to date and I was intentionally looking to find where it was dirty. It’s a fast food restaurant, so it has to have 50% of the tables dirty right? Nope. I eventually spotted 2 pieces of food far back under a chair. Honestly very clean place.
Logan was very friendly in taking our order, confirming what we asked, seeing if we needed anything else, and the cherry on top was him bringing our food to us because it was slow at the time we ate.
The food was well put together, hot, and flavorful. Got a half pound sandwich with potato cakes. The sandwich was stacked well, not falling all over the place like I usually have at Arby’s.
I love Arby’s because it’s one of the few places that do roast beef, and this is an Arby’s I would definitely make a trip back to.
