Bella Catering

Farm Bureau has utilized Bella Catering multiple times for membership meetings. The high quality food is within a very reasonable budget! Their staff are so helpful and professional. The booking process is easy. We will continue to use this service and appreciate the support in making our meetings great!

We originally went with a different catering company for our daughter’s wedding but we were not satisfied with the communication so I talked to Hannah at Bella Milano and she was excellent. We went to the tasting and loved the food. She sat with us that night and created the menu. She made it super easy and wonderful. I never worried about anything. The wedding was this past Saturday and it was fabulous. Thank you Hannah for making it so easy.

Bella Milano catered our foundation luncheon and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The planning, communication, food and service were all excellent. Hannah was so great to work with and thought of every detail.

Bella catered an event for the SIUE Library and it was absolutely perfect. The planning was a breeze. They came in the day before to do a walk through. When they got here day of event they were professional and efficient. It was all around a good experience.

Bella catered our annual Griffin Gala for the second year in a row. Hannah and her staff are fantastic! The food was excellent, and 370 guests were served in 20 minutes. It was fast and efficient. They were very professional and easy to work with from start to finish!

Not really to my taste. It's fine if you like a more creamy tomato sauce. My wife and daughter swear by the Caesar salad.

Attended the Robinson Brothers Homecoming Concert in Litchfield on October 8th, catered by Bella Catering, everything about it fell short of even the lowest expectations. 4 of us waited briefly for the main group of the crowd went thru before we went up to get our food. When we got our turn, the lady said "we're out of plates, use the saucers" I said we could wait, she said "no we're OUT of plates, use saucers, use as many as you need" so I grabbed 2 saucers, put 1 tong full of salad on one, grabbed a bun and balanced 1/2 it on my salad while I put the pulled pork on the bottom part of the bun. That was 2 small saucers full. We sat down to eat and found the pulled pork was barely warm, but I ate it, hoping they would add some warmer stuff to the mix. Before I finished eating, actually while I was eating someone from Bella came by to pick up the empty water pitcher, which was good, we all wanted more water. Apparently they picked it up to take it back for good, as it never returned. Not 2 minutes later another Bella employee reached right in front of one of the people still eating to get the salt and pepper shakers, it was RUDE!!! No excuse me, just reached right in and grabbed it to the point it startled the person eating. The food was poor, the service more poor, the employees rude and the entire encounter left as bad as a taste in my mouth as the food they served. I would not recommend these folks to provide to a homeless shelter.

Wonderful space on campus for events. Amazing cuisine along with pleasurable, hard-working staff.

Great food, check. Great atmosphere, check. Fair prices, check. Clean restaurant, check. Happy staff, check. Great owners, check. Eclectic menu, check. Homemade sauces, check. House-breaded toasted ravioli, check. Super-delicious salad, check. My mouth watering writing this review, check. Wishing I was in the greater St. Louis area today instead of Dallas so I could eat their tortellini and Milano salad, check. Praying for the day that Bella Milano catering expands all over the world, check. Always making it a priority to visit Bella Milano at any of their 3 restaurant locations whenever I'm in Illinois, check. Thank you to your team for being consistent with your menu items, catering needs, and for providing delicious meals for my family for the last 14+ years, check.
