I ordered online and got errors stating problems with website on 12/16. I stopped by as it appeared that everything went through including the charge. I stopped by the store and the manager saw what I was seeing and worked with me to get my order processed (which was not easily resolved). He was very patient and helped get my order processed. Very nice, friendly, and helpful staff.
We decided to give BDubs another shot tonight after a long day in the hospital with them being one of the only dine in locations open at the time. We arrived right before 12 with them closing at 1. Service wasn't bad upon arrival as we were the only ones there. Our food came out COLD and our slaw wasn't sent out with our wing combos, I asked for the slaw, he brings us out 2 bowls of lettuce (not cabbage) mix with some sort of dressing on it. Bugs in my drinks, it was absolutely disgusting. Also the manager is very rude…never going back
