This is one of our favorite BWW locations to frequent. The store is always clean, bathrooms are always stocked with toilet paper (as they should be lol - you’d be surprised how many other restaurants we visit that have no tp in their stalls!), and the wait staff is always friendly and accommodating to my dietary needs. I ordered online and got errors stating problems with website on 12/16. I stopped by as it appeared that everything went through including the charge. I stopped by the store and the manager saw what I was seeing and worked with me to get my order processed (which was not easily resolved). He was very patient and helped get my order processed. Very nice, friendly, and helpful staff.

I order food to my place they had hair in it. I called to let the manger know he or she never got on the phone they sent a key to talk to me she said manger is to busy to talk that she tried to get my money return & have the manger call me they never did. This is the one of the worse restaurants i ever order from.
