This is one of our favorite BWW locations to frequent. The store is always clean, bathrooms are always stocked with toilet paper (as they should be lol - you’d be surprised how many other restaurants we visit that have no tp in their stalls!), and the wait staff is always friendly and accommodating to my dietary needs. Thanks BDub’s Edwardsville for being so great!
I ordered online and got errors stating problems with website on 12/16. I stopped by as it appeared that everything went through including the charge. I stopped by the store and the manager saw what I was seeing and worked with me to get my order processed (which was not easily resolved). He was very patient and helped get my order processed. Very nice, friendly, and helpful staff.
I went there for the first time. The wings were delicious. When I went, there wasn't too many people there. I like that they show the different types of sauces on the menu and the scale from mild to spicy.
