I arrived at this location during breakfast and we wanted to eat lunch so we had to wait until 10:30 which wasn't a problem. once 10:30 rolled around I placed an order through the app after adding $50 from my credit card to my Chick-fil-A One account. the order was kicked out and then my account balance on my Chick-fil-A account reflected a purchase that never went through. so after attempting to use the app twice, I had to submit the order in person at the counter. so at this point I'm still out of $50 and I had to use my other card to purchase the food. I have called the Care's team twice, they told me they're waiting on the establishment to respond to my refund request? it's not a request it's more so a demand because I didn't receive anything for the $50 that was loaded onto my account and now $36 is missing for which I received nothing. they told me I can call the establishment which I attempted to but it says they're currently busy even though it's the middle of the day on a weekday. then the cares team suggested I go down to the establishment. I'm curious though how much effort do I have to put in to get my own money back? it would be different if I had received something but I didn't receive anything in the order didn't even process so I don't understand what's taking so long.

None of the other nearby restaurants will give you food poisoning

Took my grandma to lunch there today. She just turned 99 on Christmas and one of the workers caught wind. Well, the staff came out with a beautiful ice cream sundae and sang her happy birthday. It was the sweetest thing and completely made her day!

Robin and dining staff were awesome!! Above 5 more like 10! We were newbies but will b back!! They made our great grandson’s birthday special. See u all soon! And the coffee is as great….and the banana pudding shake was a 10 too!!

This place is the absolute best! I showed up to the drive up after waiting for a bit with 2 hungry kiddos and realized I forgot my wallet at home. My Apple Pay wouldn’t work, so they gifted us our food! How amazing! Thank you so much! I was so embarrassed, but you all saved the day!❤️❤️

Didn't realize it was located in a college food court before gps-ing directions. Wish the physical description provided was accurate and more telling. Either way, we arrive with 23 collegiate athletes and received our food in a timely manner, but the service was beyond HORRIBLE! There were two (2) ladies working both registers. We proceed to inform both ladies that we will be covering all 23 meals. I get that it was 5:30pm on a Saturday and I get that it was a lot of orders to take, but that is no excuse to be as rude as one of the women were. The other lady was nice and pleasant. The younger of the two should be terminated. We didn't appreciate her passive aggressive behaviors and overall negative attitude. She was cutting people off during ordering, not answering questions about the menu without raising her voice, and kept complaining to other customers about how "a coach brought his team in here"....just flat out disrespectful. We will not EVER visit this location again. If you hate your job that much, then please, by all means do anything else!

I've been going here since 2020 and in the last year, they've started saying more and more that the ice cream machine is down, and shakes are unavailable. It's a good Chick-fil-A, but I don't feel like the shake machine has suddenly started repeatedly failing. If this happens again, I'll reduce this to a 2-star or 1-star review.
