They definitely could have cleaned up a little bit more go around the ingredients and on the inside.But overall, it was day saved for my first time.I was expecting something slightly different, but will definitely return.

I came into chipotle on Friday, June 27, 2025 at around 12PM. I was very excited to get my food. Typically the employees are extremely kind and seem like they are having a good time. When I worked fast food I enjoyed it because of my coworkers and how much fun we would have. I have management experience in food, sales, and corporate. Usually when I come to this location everyone seems to be in a good mood. But when I came in Friday, things seemed off. They were all super nice to me and we had some small talk as they made my bowl. As I get down the line I notice a larger female standing between the salsa's and the cash register. She wasn't doing much just seemed to be standing there giving me and other customers dirty looks. She was just bossing around all the other employees (I guess her job is to be rude) I don't believe she is a manager as I hardly ever see her but any time I do it seems that she makes everything and everyone in the store stressed out and upset. To be completely honest it kind of ruined my day after seeing how she speaks to other employees and I believe she needs to be spoken to by a real manager. She also does NOT need to be STARING at customers as they eat. I was sitting at my table and every time I looked up this woman was giving me the nastiest look to the point that I left due to being uncomfortable. I think she needs to be spoken to and possibly reprimanded for her behavior. The food was great and the blonde girl and the girl on cash were amazing but this larger, white, female, with brownish hair was incredibly rude and disrespectful to not only employees but customers as well.

Most tables had food from previous customers and floors in dining area were dirty with food as well. No employees cleaning up in the dining area, but some behind the counter seemed to have no assigned duties. I don’t understand why an employee was not cleaning dining area
Food is your average fast Mexican food, but good for a quick bite. Typically come at lunch but did drive through for dinner and their outside lights aren’t working… like none. No building lights no parking lot lights. Felt really unsafe.

Had to wait approx 8 minutes for queso after placing order. Asked for the sauce for the brisket as pictured and was told they have no idea what that is. While eating, wife picked out a piece of a plastic bag, which I'm assuming was from the queso. While we were eating we heard them tell other customers it will be a 20 minute wait for queso...
This place is a hit or miss, I have had amazing service to some very bare minimum service. Overall, the food typically tastes pretty good, the meat is flavorful and the portions are pretty good, but some days they are on the more mediocre side. One night the steak will taste flavorful others it'll be a bit more bland, it's the same for the guacamole and rice some nights. I will definitely still be visiting this location because even though there are some less than amazing days, the good days make this location well worth the money in my opinion. On the lower days the food is still very good, but having tasted the peak of flavors from assumably fresher ingredients or better preparation I can only give this location a four star.

This Chipotle store is the worst I have been at in the whole country. The service bar is dirty and food all over the bar. There the restaurant not clean and no utensils, no napkins, no cups at the fountain table. Workers serve with bare hand and there was a dipping can on the bar next to the female server! I believe that’s hers. Somebody plz take Chipotle management go check out this location.

The food wasn’t edible it was terrible. The meat was burnt, they didn’t put any queso in the bowl and way too much guacamole. I had to ask for napkins and a fork they didn’t put any in the bag. If I wasn’t headed to visit my mom in the hospital I would have turned around but I live to far away. Will never visit this facility again.
