I ordered an ice cream birthday cake for my son, and they made it just the way he wanted it....and it was delicious.

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience at this location. I gave them 2 starts only because there was only two of them working this Sunday evening around 4pm so I felt for them. However, my family and I weren’t greeted when walking in. They helped the two customers in front of us then we stood and waited a total of about 20 minutes. There were customers behind us as well. I’m not sure if they were working online orders but my family and I ended up leaving after being the next in line with out being served. Love the chain but wouldn’t visit this location again.
The lady behind the counter is a trooper. Straight bustin’ ass alone with like 25 people in the dining area and doing car-side as well. Respect mamas🫰
We went tonight for ice cream and Kathryn was beyond amazing. She noticed my son’s shirt and took interest in him and his interests. She was praising him and made his special night even better. It was nice having such a friendly, genuine face to walk into and chat with. She’s a great asset and hope to see her next time we’re in!

i came to enjoy a sweet treat. the treat was watery and lidless. staff was grumpy. loud strange people making tiktoks. i would not recommend for a post bingo treat

The girl touched all of the ingredients in my ice cream, (banana, nilla wafers, and yellow cake) with her bare hands…this is gross, did not eat because I was not going to chance getting sick.
