My husband and I went to the drive thru at 12, waited without a response and thought they were closed but looked them up and had been open since 11. We gave up waiting and went inside and waited for ten more minutes for this girl to help us and the line that had started. I ordered a shake and was handed a cup that was plastic wrapped. Paid almost $7 for it and walked out. This was absolutely horrible. I’m going to post the picture of what I purchased on google if you want to see.

Ice cream was melting today so they couldn’t mix it and some of the ice cream had ice chunks. Can someone please explain to me why there is one bathroom for only men and another for men and women? You decided to get rid of the womens only bathroom? You do realize that men go in and out very quickly but women take more time, right. No need to explain why…If you are going to go that route, why not make them both male and female?

It seemed that just one person was staffing the store, with eight customers in store and more in the drive-through. Felt bad for the worker, although they were doing their best to serve everyone as promptly as possible. Expensive cakes, but tasty.

Went in today (7/9/2023) and the workers looked like they didn’t want to be there,we stood there and didn’t acknowledge us at least to say hey will be with you.I got my girls some ice cream and for myself, when I received my ice cream employee drop it on the counter and still gave it to me. I didn’t want to make a fuss because they had a line,but this was gross and money is handled in that counter. I did not eat it and just threw it away,ended up just eating my chocolate I bought. I will be requesting my money back from my bank because this is not ok.

We ordered this custom cake for my husbands birthday for the second year in a row. Last year when I went to pick it up they said “no one had time to make the cake” and no one bothered to call.This year we tried again but I should’ve known better. It was not ready when I arrived at the scheduled pick up time, so I had to wait an extra ten minutes with my wild toddler. And, this is the writing that was done on the cake. I might expect the writing from a $10 Walmart cake, but not a $35 6-inch cake.We won’t be returning to the store.

I'm sadden cause last year I went and it was awesome. I went within the second quarter of this year and it was like they were closed. Waited in the drive thru for about 5 mins then went inside. After being inside for 3 mins I decided to holler for anyone and the staff finally decided to come out from the back. It was a four hours or so before close. Smh
