Crazy Bowls and Wraps - Curbside Pickup Available!

Edwardsville owners. This franchise has went to hell. I’ve been a faithful patron since you first opened. Quality and portions have dwindled, but prices have gone up exponentially. I’ve ordered thousands of $ worth of food there and am the reason the “hot n Spicy” is on the ghost menu. You lost my business on my last order with a pathetic Caesar wrap half the size as normal. Also, when they fill those little cups with condiments why are they only 1/3 to a half full? Do better. Other local wrap businesses will get all my business from now on.

Just realized there were cross contaminated jalopaneos in my Poke Bowl and I am allergic to peppers!!!!!!!!! Thanks for causing me an allergic reaction!!!!!

Every time I order here something is wrong. The service here has gone downhill in the last year or 2. I asked for my sauce on the side for my poke bowl. Received 2 packets of soy sauce. This isn't the garlic ginger sauce that normally comes with the bowl. I dont even know how the staff who did this thought it was comparable and was a lazy move. Not even busy and I see why. Huge waste of $13.

Love having this place in town! A fast food restaurant that serves delicious, healthy food. Lots of different options as well. Any bowl or wrap you create is always good, hard to have a bad one. The only reason for a four star is that it’s not always consistent with the cooking. The last several times I’ve been it’s been excellent though.

A big disappointment. Food was cold and dry. Tasteless. Atmosphere was sad. Cleanliness was poor. The system taking orders was very slow or broken. The cook in the back could be seen in the pass through. He was repeatedly shaking his head in frustration. The young girl working looked unkept. Her hair looked as if it hadn’t been washed in quite sometime.

Order was wrong for 2 wraps and 2 sides. They were out of the sides but didn’t tell us until I checked the bag (curbside). Also they never came out after 15 minutes waiting in the curbside spot, so I went in to grab my order and the people were super rude. Never going back:)

First time eating here, greatly disappointed. Ordered a stir fry bowl with grilled tofu, mixed vegetables, jasmine rice & Thai peanut sauce. The vegetables were not hardly cooked? Rock hard and flavorless. And the tofu had grill marks that could’ve just been for show because it also did not seem cooked and was stuck together in a clump. Sauce tasted good, but there wasn’t much of it. Colorful, but not cooked. Waste of money.

Just not worth it. Food took 20mins with a light crowd and was wrong. Also, fairly expensive, lunch for two for $35 before tip??? My buffalo chicken wrap was about as filling as two taco bell value wraps and half as spicy for double the price if not more. $9.99 for less meat than a dollar menu item.... My fiance's bowl was wrong but we got it to go so, tough luck. She's been there before and loved it but she was even bummed by this visit.

First time going back in a while, greatly disappointed. (take out)I ordered the fajita bowl, and realized that there were no avocados, when I got home with it, so it was just rice + a few veggies + beans.My wife ordered a bowl with the grilled chicken, and it looks like cheaper ingredients are being used than we remember. We used to see chicken being grilled, in-store, with nice grill marks and flavor. The chicken on this bowl looked like uniform cut squares, with no grill markings or grill flavor.We used to love this place, but higher prices combined with the issues above make us less likely to return.
