My first time at this Culver's in Edwardsville, IL. The staff was very nice, I didn't get a chance to get the young man name that took my order, but very nice young man. My fish sandwich combo was good.

It was a great experience. Ordering on line was a little confusing, and it took a little to much time. But, it was my first time in a Culver's.SHANNON was wonderful. She got our drinks, salt and pepper, napkins etc.May have been because I was in a scooter. She really was great.The food was hot and tasted very good. It was a great experience.Parking: Not a lot of Handicap parking, but plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: It was a little tight trying to navigate the seating area.
They were out of ketchup. That's my only complaint! Try a chocolate cake shake. It's amazing!

It's absolutely amazing every time. The manager was super nice & and has a great personality. Our food was correctly prepared, served fresh and in a timely manner. The manager came out to check if we were enjoying the food or needed anything else. Even joked about our family reserving the entire restaurant for ourselves since at the time we arrived, not many people were dining in. We will always return to this location because it's just overall great experience. We even got dessert that was served with a smile.

Butter Burger with Cheese is always an easy choice. They do a pretty good job with their milkshakes. I love the crinkle cut fries.I typically use the drive thru here and it is pretty quick. They make your stuff to order so don't expect to pay and grab your food though. I typically wait 3 minutes but if you order chicken you might wait 5 to 10 minutes after paying.

MY GOD!! I know Culver's is known for their butter burgers but you HAVE to have their fish. I've never had fried fish this good anywhere. I'll die in this hill. ANYWHERE and I'm old so I've been around. Service there is excellent everyone is so nice. Just go. You won't be disappointed.
