Went through the drive through and gave him the phone for Apple Pay and instead of paying for it right away he decided to give his full attention to his co worker clocking out on break and let her order food and gave us the receipt after pay and almost forgot to give me my phone back his customer service was awful and I don’t like the fact that he was the same person we saw last night walking around talking on his phone and ignored us when we walked in the door to pick up DoorDash

DQ has the best fries! BUT floors were greasy and slick. Almost fell several times.

The ice cream was a huge hit! It was delicious, well decorated and everything my train loving little boy wanted.

Very very very slow. I don’t know if I’ll ever get my food to be able to rate it. Also very expensive. Somehow it’s over $20 for a meal and small ice cream.

This is the second time I have been there where the lady working the window was super rude to me and my food came out completely wrong. Would highly recommend going to the one in Troy over this one. Will not be coming back!

I had to tell the idiot in the drive thru 3 TIMES that i wanted my order large, and STILL got regular sized. go literally anywhere else because the people they hire can't comprehend basic language skills.

I had an experience with a worker named Rachel. I was wondering about a cake service and she only responded with disrespectful attitude. don’t recommended speaking with her.

I dropped in for a blizzard and was met w/friendly smiles from the young man behind the counter, and a thoughtful young manager who actually came out to the dining room to ask me how I liked my blizzard (whose flavor he recommended). It was great. I had never been to this DQ before. The floor was spotless, the people behind the counter were motivated, and the product was tasty. This is a nice place. 10/10. Trust me when I say I would've nailed them to the wall if there was any issue at all. No deficiencies whatsoever. Exceptional.

I have never experienced such great service at a fast food establishment. Harry (I think his name is Harry) at the register was so fun. Considerate and nice. So happy it made my day so much better. He was so nice and enthusiastic to everyone. Bright eyed and the regulars said he is always like that. What a great human being!

I remember a time when I never had any issues at this location. The last 3 times I have been here the food wasn’t really good. Hopefully the kids working are trained better so they don’t lose business.
